Stroll down Voltaire street and engage all your senses for all kinds of delights and sights. Our studio is located in one of the most desirable areas in Ocean beach. No matter what direction you head, you will find yourself immersed in the pulse and grove of OB. Located only 3 blocks from one of the most popular beaches in San Diego and the famous OB Pier. Stroll down to the beach, or mosey along popular Newport Ave. OB offers new breweries, fun restaurants, antique shops, surf shops, surfing, taquerias, and great sunsets.

There is no A/C but being so close to the beach, you get a great sea breeze, but just in case, there is a portable fan (stored in the closet).

Nicely decoarated cottage with good basic amenities. A place like OB doesn't need air conditioning, but it was nice the cottage had a stand up fan so that it didn't get too stuffy. Great location within walking distance of shops, restaurants, and the beach.

I had a great stay at Francesca’s place. The room was clean and had everything I need for a great week long stay for work. Close to tons of food options and a great market right across the street. A nice stroll to the beach which I visited at least twice a day. Quiet and just what I hoped for

Cute cottage - parking can be a pain. Will say - 6am flight pattern is over head. Perfect place for 2 people. - Bed could use an update - body dent on my side - but my sisters side was good. Water pressure sucked in Shower - tough to get the sand out from everywhere Noodle place across the street 5- about a 6 block walk to beach. Would stay again.

This cute cottage had everything we needed. Parking was generally easy; we were able to park within half a block of the cottage. The space was very tidy and clean. The vintage kitchen sink and cupboards are super cute. If I had to make a suggestion, it would be to swap out the current high bar stools with counter-height stools so that it's possible to sit and eat more comfortably. For those who aren't familiar with Ocean Beach, it's got a very bohemian vibe, with lots of restaurants and bars and an excellent Wednesday farmers market; one thing to consider, however, is that Ocean Beach is right under the fly zone for San Diego airport. This means that all flights leaving the airport fly over OB, which makes for a fair amount of airplane noise. (On the bright side, no need to set an alarm for the morning. You will be awakened at 6:30am when many flights commence )

This rental was everything we needed. It was clean, easy to find and get in, located in a great neighborhood and relatively close to the dog beach. Most days we could park super close to the rental, and there were a few days we had to park about a block away. Couldn’t have asked for anything more

The check-in & check-out process was extremely easy and quick. The room was amazing cute and perfect for me and my wife to have a fun stay in San Diego. We had a great stay! Lots of things to do within walking distance for adults! Definitely suggest leaving the door open to sleep with the fan on the summer! Overall a great stay!
