Está muy bonito el hotel, solo que muy pequeño el cuarto, si te gusta algo más espacioso, este no es para ti! Estaba muy limpio eso sí. Los elevadores no me gustaron. Más aparte cobran 70 dlls de parking por día. Así que decidimos cancelar los demás días que teníamos y buscar otro hotel. En general todos muy amables en el lugar

Overall good stay minus a few things. It was very noisy at night with my room near the elevator. The staff however was the best part of this property, they were attentive and checked in multiple times. Another of the downsides was randomly getting charged for using the minibar and I did not touch the minibar. I had to reach out to get this corrected.

I would have given it 5 stars on property condition only because the air conditioning units inside the room are so old, it takes forever to get the room cold since the air barely blows out. Other than that, staff was amazing! Hotel was a vibe!

Clean room but didn’t trust the staff so the “do not disturb” sign remained on my door the entire time. Bar was way too expensive and rooftop should have remained accessible all night with BYOB being an option. No complimentary coffee or breakfast in the lobby which is huge for me and usually always available at most places I stay in. Elevators were slow and usually broken making a ninth floor stay difficult. Valet parking is way over priced at $65 a night, I parked right down the street and paid only $12 a night. Also there is a ridiculous $400 deposit that still has not been returned to me. Mini fridge/Bar is so overstocked you can’t even use it, and also no microwave is to be found on site.

This property was honestly one of the top two worst places I’ve stayed. The check in process was very long because only one girl was working with 5 separate check ins happening at peek check in time. Hotel room AC didn’t work at all but made a lot of noise and showed error codes. Bedroom and living room had no ceiling fan, no windows that opened, much less NO natural daylight. When you open the wooden blinds there’s a brick wall 2 feet away. And WHY was there NO vent or fan or anything other then a light switch in the bathroom where you defecate and shower? That makes no sense! And there is NO COMPLIMENTARY ANYTHING HERE AT ALL!! Not even water or coffee!! We do not recommend this hotel to anyone and we’re very disappointed in our stay here.

This was me and my wifes first time staying in an old retro hotel. Make sure you check the size on your rooms, our first one was really tiny but they let us upgrade for a small fee. The hotel was clean and looked newly renovated but it was missing a lot of the things we enjoy in modern hotels like a desk area and more space. The pictures made the hotel look a lot larger in areas than it actually was but it lived up to the photos. The hotel rooms were very nicely decorated. We were not fans of the old elevators and their extremely heavy two door system that made getting in and out very inconvenient and at one point stopped working while we were on it. That made us panic a bit but it made it up to our floor eventually so we took the stairs the last day we were there. The surrounding area did not feel super safe and made us concerned to go out at night. The hotel restaurant was cute and had good food.The hotel itself was fine but there was a lot of homless people sleeping around the streets during the day and night. Overall 3/5 for me because the stuff I really didnt like the hotel couldn't do anything about anyway.

The hotel is adorable, the staff is friendly, restaurant downstairs was convenient and had a good happy hour. Also they are dog friendly which was perfect for our short stay.
