During our stay our shower would fill up and not drain properly. So, we contacted the front desk, and they sent up a maintenance technician to review the shower drain. Then advised us that he would be back in a few minutes with tools to unclog the drain. I took the maintenance technician less than 30 minutes to unclog the drain. That same night the toilet clogged and filled up the bowl. Not sure if the maintenance technician just pushed the issue down the sewage system but I am just speculating. We informed the front desk again when we checked out. We also never had our room touched up, towels replaced, etc. so we called down to the front office the night prior to needing towels and they said they would have someone bring some up. No one ever came. We had to go down to the front desk and ask for towels the next morning, Luckly they had some towels at the front desk as the maids did not come in for another hour.

Hello Damon, thank you for sharing your concerns. We are sorry to hear that there were some issues with the drainage and the towel delivery. We will pass the information down so that these discrepancies don't reoccur. Regarding housekeeping services, at Porto Vista, housekeeping is not automatic but upon daily request.

No elevator dirty floor

At first they put us in a different type of room than the one I had reserved so we had to be changed. Then in the new room the bathroom door wouldn’t even close properly, the bed was uncomfortable, the WiFi was the slowest I had ever experienced, and there was a major disturbance in the room next to us that had us scared to be there.
