To give you some added piece of mind, we want to let you know we have always had very high standards for cleaning and were already taking many of the precautions currently being recommended prior to COVID, including, but not limited to:

**THE GROUNDS**
As you enter the secret door, you're immediately greeted by a tropical oasis:
-Glittering heated pool with LED-lit water fountains and floaty toys
-An elevated jacuzzi spa with massaging jets
- Outdoor shower
- Putt-putt golf course with 3 challenging holes, which also doubles as a corn hole tournament area
- A 700 sf “chillout lounge” featuring ultra plush lounge chairs, couches, and bar stools
- A massive custom built wet bar with 2 beverage coolers, built-in 70" high def TV
- A separate grilling area with integrated stainless steel grill and beverage cooler
...and this is all before you've even walked in the front door! There isn't a cooler, more fun place for entertaining friends and family in San Diego!

**MAIN LIVING AREA**
Upon entering the home you'll be greeted by an open floor plan, incredible view, and cozy seating area huddled around a luxurious natural stone fireplace.
Take in the cool harbor breeze with a glass of wine or a good book, and enjoy the sights and sounds of the city from a perfect distance. The area features:
- A gourmet kitchen, outfitted with top of the line Viking and LG appliances
- Gorgeous granite countertops
- Floor-to-ceiling stacking glass doors, which continue the seamless flow onto an expansive observation deck with views of the canyon, harbor, and city
It's a totally different vibe in the back from the front... a little something for everyone.

**THE MASTER SUITE**
A larger-than-life 15-foot high wooden door carved into the face of a buddha stands guard over the master bedroom suite. Enjoy the calming, zen-like decor and open vaulted ceilings, as you drift off to sleep on the premium Cal King mattress.

- The home theater room which seats 8 comfortably and is outfitted with a state-of-the art 3D projector and 110” screen that drops down from the ceiling
- Dolby digital 7.0 and massive subwoofer will bring you into the heart of the action
- Watch Netflix, Amazon, or the ball game on any of your favorite streaming services
- Gorgeous pool table with well maintained cue sticks
- Electronic dart board
- Modern executive home office with blazing fast Internet, and ergonomic desk & chair
- Fireplace and observation deck with views and basketball court access

**LOWER LEVEL BEDROOMS**
- 3 more modern and comfy bedrooms: 1 King, 1 Queen, and 2 Queens.
- There is also a bunk nook with two comfortable twins which is great for kids
- 2 modern full baths: One en-suite bathroom to the room with the 2 queen beds; the other is accessible from the main room and is a work of art unto itself.
- The home can sleep 10 adults, or up to 12 with kids

**ZEN-INSPIRED BASKETBALL COURT**
For a change of scenery, or just to let off a little steam, head to the backyard where you can sip coffee or meditate as you gaze through the bamboo trees into the canyon below.
Of course if you want to turn up the energy a bit, grab a ball (we have kid sized through NBA regulation) and challenge your group to a pickup game of hoops. The net is adjustable between 7' (great for little ones) to NBA Regulation 10'.

**THE AREA**
If you're looking for the perfect area to stay for your upcoming San Diego visit, LOOK NO FURTHER. Seriously. Check our reviews. When its time to head out and enjoy San Diego, you're within a 10-minute drive of nearly all major attractions, including the Zoo, Sea World, Balboa Park, Downtown, Gaslamp District, the Harbor, Old Town, and most beaches.
You can also walk to numerous local shops and restaurants in the Mission Hills area. This location will leave you saying 'WOW'.
The home is located in a quiet residential neighborhood so its great for large groups, but NOT GREAT for late night parties (e.g. bachelor parties, etc). We request guests respect the city noise ordinance and head inside by 10:00 p.m.
We are confident you won't find a more special, relaxing, and memorable rental for your extended stay in San Diego, and we can't wait to roll out the red carpet for you!
We provide a full concierge service for all types of activities (private chef, outings, etc.) and provide recommendations for dining, bars, and activities. We pride ourselves in making sure your guests have a 5 star experience.

**GETTING AROUND**
The house is conveniently located 2 short blocks (over the bridge) to the Middleton Trolley Stop (Green Line) which gives quick access to convention center, downtown, Old Town, Gas Lamp, East Village, Petco Park, and Mexico Border.
5-10 minute taxi ride to airport, downtown, zoo, museums, and much more.
We still recommend renting a car so you can explore all San Diego has to offer.

Within 10-15 minute walk to:
- Waterfront Park
- Little Italy (quaint shopping and dining, just blocks away)
- Mission Hills shopping district
- Banker's Hill (cool restaurants, bars, coffee shops)
- San Diego Harbor

Within 5-10 minute drive of:
- Gas Lamp Quarter (shopping, bar & restaurant district)
- Downtown
- Balboa Park & San Diego Zoo
- San Diego Convention Center - only 2.5 miles away
- The Pacific Ocean & Beaches
- Coronado Island and historic Hotel del Coronado
- Historic Old Town
- Petco Park (home of the Padres)
- The USS Midway aircraft carrier museum
- Seaport Village shops & dining

** POOL AND SPA **
While the home features a gorgeous outdoor pool and spa, not all guests choose to use it during their stay. For that reason, we don't include pool/spa heating in the nightly price of the rental. You can decide if you want to add pool/spa heating for $79/day or spa only for $49/day to your reservation. The pool is heated to 81 degrees (comfortable for lounging) and spa heated to 101 degrees.

The pool and spa are cleaned and serviced before each stay for your convenience.

**GUEST ACCESS**
We use a smart lock and will send you the code 14 days prior to your stay once we have the signed rental agreement. Please note there are security cameras on the front exterior of the home.

**INTERACTION WITH GUESTS**
Owners live very close by, and will treat you like family. We'll do anything and everything it takes to ensure your stay is remembered as one of your best trips ever! We look forward to hosting you!

- No smoking indoors
- No pets allowed
- No events, parties or large gatherings
- Must be at least 28 years old to book
- $79 optional nightly pool/hot tub heating fee or $49 hot tub only
- No hot tub or outside music after 10pm

CANCELLATION POLICY
Reservations canceled at least 14 days before the start of the stay will receive 100% refund. Reservations canceled at least 7 days before the start of the stay will receive 50% refund.
