The open floor plan which includes the living room, dining area and fully stocked kitchen allows everyone to be part of the FUN!! The dual master bedrooms provide separation with a bedroom located on each side of the space. One of which offers a king size bed and the 2nd has 1-Queen and a bunk bed. Hang out on the west facing balcony and enjoy the incredible sunsets or watch all of the boardwalk action that offers seating for (4). The condo has a dedicated underground parking space and there is a coin operated laundry facilities on site.

50% of the owners are full-time residents so the Home Owners Association has strict policies (and fines) regarding excessive, late night noise - so you can be assured that you will be staying in a peaceful and relaxing beach environment

If you decide to venture out, you can get to most major San Diego attractions such as Old Town, Sea World, and the Zoo within a 15 minute drive.
