3. No loud noises or parties are allowed on the property. Quiet hours are from 10pm to 8am. Fines start at $1,000 for failing to comply.
4. No pets allowed of any kind. Fines start at $350 for failing to comply.
5. Please do not bring any additional guests onto the property without the prior approval of the host. Head count on the property is not to exceed the maximum number of guests allowed to stay at property (10).
6. The host is not responsible for any personal belongings that are lost, stolen, or damaged on the property.
7. Please do not use any appliances or equipment that are not specifically designated for guest use.
8. Late checkouts will result in $100 fine per hour past scheduled checkout time unless pre-approved by host.

Great property and location

Great central location that is close to pretty much anything. The property was great for my family and we really enjoyed it. Lots to do close and in walking distance.

This was a great property and described to the tee according to the listing. Was a great stay for our family for our son's/brother's graduation from MCRD. Had some issues communicating with the host which was different for me so I am not sure what the issues were there. On check in instructions it said the updated house manual was on VRBO which would have given us check out instructions and the ins and outs of the house but it was nowhere to be found and I did message the host about it.All in all though this was a fabulous stay and I would love to visit again! It is so close to the beach and it was surprisingly very, very quiet for how many houses/rentals were all in one area and being right at the beach. Everyone was so respectful of everyone else's time there! Great property!

Beautiful home with so many adorable details in every inch of the house. Even prettier than the pictures on the site. Very comfortable beds and attention to all the amenities I could think of. Had a fully stocked kitchen with everything you could need. SOOO close to the ocean - we walked there in about 30 seconds. It was an extra benefit to have onsite parking available for two large cars. Host was very pleasant and easy to deal with. Convenient to walk to a great Italian place across the street to pick up food and take it back to the house. Got lucky and watched the Sea World fireworks from the large upper patio.Loved everything about our stay.We would absolutely stay here again. Perfect location without paying beachfront pricing.

Mission Beach stay

We had a great time. The house was great and we loved all the patios. The rooftop fire pit was a hit. The real "star of the show" , was the location. Beach at 300', market/liquor store at 100' and 2 bars at 150' away. Hope we didn't keep the neighbors up. Mike

This trip was a special 50th birthday celebration, and we had family fly in from out of town specifically for the occasion, so it was especially disappointing to encounter several issues during our stay.The hall bathroom shower and tub did not work for our entire stay, the upstairs toilet seat was broken and shifted when used, and the fire pit would not stay lit. We notified the host, Hunter, about these issues during our stay.Hunter initially responded that he wanted to "take the time this message deserves" before replying, but after that we never received any further response despite multiple follow-up messages. Ultimately, I had to contact VRBO to address the concerns.I understand that maintenance issues can happen, but the lack of communication and follow-through was frustrating. The home itself has a lot of potential, and if the amenities had been functioning as advertised and communication had been better, this easily could have been a 4- or 5-star stay. Unfortunately, the unresolved issues and lack of response significantly impacted our experience and are the reason for my 2-star rating.

Amazing home

My family has stayed in quite a few houses in mission beach and this is by far the best one we’ve stayed at. It’s beautifully decorated, there are plenty of essentials like dishes, towels, blankets, pillows, and toiletries. The beds are incredibly comfortable. There are a lot of portable fans and AC units in every room as well as AC in the house. The 3 balconies are great and have a lot of seating. It’s quiet despite being in a busy area, and the airplane noise was not heard like in some other homes we’ve stayed at. The parking was important for us- we had an SUV and a suburban- and suburban parking is difficult in mission beach homes, but this home accommodated both vehicles nicely. The communication with the host was great as well. We will absolutely stay here again. If I could give more than 10/10 I would.
