Beautiful San Felipe home with a view to the sea

Beautiful house near the beach, in a gated community with two pools and jacuzzi. It also has a terrace where you can enjoy sunsets and dawn. 200 mts to the beach and 400 mts to the pools

The upstairs deck has wonderful sunrise views over the Sea of Cortez and great sunsets over the mountains.

The master bedroom has a queen-size bed with huge bath and lots of closets. Bedroom #2 & Bedroom #3 are on the opposite side of the house and share a bath. The living room is cozy and has DirectTV on a flat screen and a Blue Ray player. The kitchen is fully equipped.

We have a charcoal grill for your gatherings

The huge garage is great for storing your ATVs, dune buggy or other beach toys. The beach is close and has a private access. The resort pool and hot tub are near the guard gated entrance, please note that lower pool is for guest only. The onsite restaurant serves meals and drinks pool side.

Check in its 3 pm, check out time its 11:00, please contact me before your trip, if the house its not booked the day before or after your stay, you may enter or leave at a different hour.

Please note that as per HOA rules, all persons that enter the house are counted as guests, even if they dont stay for the night and after 8 will be charged $25 per person / day

PETS:
We are pet friendly for one well behaved dog with prior approval before your reservation. We ask that the dog not be left alone in the home for an extended period of time, kept off the furniture and beds, and that you bring your own dog bedding, and pick up after them outside. No cats, please

CLEANING FEE: The cleaning fee covers normal turnover cleaning (e.g. bedding and laundry turn over, surfaces, floors, etc.). Additional cleaning fees may be incurred for excessive mess (e.g. excessive dishes, pet hair on the furniture/beds, etc)
PETS
Dogs within PDO are to be leashed at all times unless within the direct control of the owner
Owners are responsible to immediately remove the waste of their dog and is dispose it properly at their home or in other designated waste receptacles.
Free roaming dogs will be removed from PDO.
DRIVING
Speed limit on the neighborhoods its 20 MPH.
All vehicles must remain on the streets at all times
All traditional rules of driving apply while operating a vehicle within PDO.
No loud vehicles are allowed to be operated within PDO.
OTHER
No loud noise will be allowed after between 10 pm and 8:00am.
Access to the beach is locked between 9:00pm and 7:00am.
No fireworks are to be used within PDO at any time including the arroyo and the parking area at the bottom of the arroyo.
POOL
Bracelets to use the pool will be provided by security guards directly
Lower pool its for owners only, upper pool and jacuzzi are for guests use
Glass is not allowed on the pool area.
Pool gates now have locks, password is 135680
We also have Wifi at the pool and the passcode is PDOrocks!
The pool is only to be used by the renters staying within the rental home. No outside guests are allowed to use the pool.
Wristbands must be worn at all times at pools and on P.D.O. property
