Overall, clean and bed very comfy. Would expect a toaster a Kuerig maker as basics but not there. Tv remote didnt work but owner fixed problem next day with new remote.Most kitchen outlets had no power. Question id circuits overloaded since dimming lights when used electric outlets. Laundry room light not functioning. Front yard grass high and very neglected. Most electric
