The neighbors next door played music till 4;00 am on Friday night. Talked and laughed Saturday night. Walls are too thin. We finally had to tell them to turn off their music. Didn’t sleep for those two nights. No quiet policy posted anywhere as a courtesy and respect to other guests. They were “high” on drugs and alcohol. Will not stay here again unfortunately.

Reserved through Expedia, but the staff had no idea how to use their computer system. They left me standing outside on the street for an hour after midnight until I was finally able to get Expedia to call them and walk them through how to check me in. The staff clearly did not care at all. The room looked nice in the photos, but definitely not in person. Worst of all, the room smelled strongly of fresh cigarette smoke, even though the property has “no smoking” signs posted everywhere. Never again — not even for a quick overnight stay before a connecting flight.

Booked this place for my parents as they needed a rest night after returning from a cruise that docked in the city, before they drive back home to Reno. The hotel was super close to 101 and also a 10 minute drive from us, and we are close to 280. Dad was impressed by how clean the room was, though a bit older of a building everything was clean and the amenities were updated. He gives 5 Stars, and said they will be back!

Honestly, it’s an Inn so I didn’t have high hopes. & honestly it was kind of disappointing to see how unsanitary it was. The mirror had molds at the top, the alarm clock & lights had dust (seemed like they didn’t even clean), the ac/heater was almost broken and dusty, the window was extremely dirty to the point you can see black, there was dust everywhere, and the bathroom had tiny specs of poop. I couldn’t even use the bathroom.. also the tables white paint next to the sink, the paint was peeling off. Obviously don’t expect too much from an inn but I’ve been to inns that were not that dirty.
