Okay for the price

It was not bad for the price, but I would have been disappointed if I paid the full price (Google Maps showed $600+ when I checked in). The couch was not comfortable and I could not get the Chromecast to work. My room was near the side of the building where there are AC units so it was noisy and I had to wear earplugs to sleep. I mainly chose this place because of the fridge and microwave so having that was nice (as well as plates/cups/bowls). All the workers were very friendly but beware the concierge trying to get you to attend a time share presentation.
This is on the edge of the Tenderloin district which is unfortunately a very rough area of the city, so you will to very cautious avoid walking in that direction. Look down when you're walking too, because there will likely be poo.
If you are walking from the Bart station, be prepared to walk uphill.

A beautiful hotel where everybody gets a brand new suite! My favorite thing about the room was the beautifully tiled shower stall. The lobby is luxurious and the hotel has a nice workout room right there on the first floor. I love the fact that the hotel is secure and you need to use your room key to get in the front door. Free coffee in the morning was very good, I went downstairs and bought some microwave Popcorn, watched a great movie on a rainy day through casting Amazon prime to the big tv screen in my living room. The place is a quiet retreat after a long day of sightseeing and walking. Highly recommended.

The property itself was very nice, unfortunately it was fairly close to the Tenderloin district.

Great downtown hotel, amazing staff
Posted Nov. 2, 2023 on HotelsGreat hotel located downtown close to restaurants, activities et transportation. The staff was amazing! From the front desk at late arrival till the check out every staff member we have crossed or ask for recommandation was smiling and look happy to talk to us.
