When we arrived we were told to not leave anything in our vehicle & to park at our own risk. The room could have been a little cleaner, but it was suitable for our needs.

I stayed here for 3 nights. Overall, it was a good experience. The check in and out process was easy and quick. This is a well-lit property located in a safe area of town. Staff were friendly, helpful, and professional. The room was exactly as pictured. It was clean, neat and everything was in working order. The bed was comfortable and I slept well. Although there were limited spaces for parking, it was never and issue. Free parking is a plus! I would definitely stay here again.

We were close to where we wanted to be. Uber was always quick to pick up at the location. Clean, nice & friendly, no coffee pot or any to offer! (that was the worst for me). No smart TV! ( That was the worst for my kid). We sleep grate.

Ok stay

As a single woman staying there I felt safe in the room but not walking around. Very close to nice attractions. Minimal contact with manager, who was pleasant, and only thru thick glass window. Horrible parking availability. Typical SF street parking but the hotel lot was ridiculous. I would recommend it as a last chance stay.

This would be a great place to stay if you are like me visiting this area on a budget and like to explore the city by foot and by public transportation. However, it’s hard to rest at night because you can hear your neighbors doing their own things. The biggest issue that keep me from coming back is the small mouse I saw creeping out of the bathroom and ran towards my bed when I was playing on my phone on the bed. There was two sightings of mouse poop on the beddings… The room service is good but still… seeing a mouse in the room will keep me away from this place forever…
