There was easy accessible street parking and we were greeted warmly at check-in. We were given our keys and went up to our room, which was perfectly clean and nice and tidy the beds were very comfortable. It was not noisy at all and we slept great. There are nice dark out blinds. We were given a 15% discount card for some of the local restaurants and we’re able to walk to fisherman’s wharf highly recommend this location.

The room was very clean and well maintained. It has a strange post industrial style wardrobe and bathroom door, not inkeeping with the rest of the furnishing. The bed was large and comfortable with a an impressively large tv. The bathroom was also large and spotless with a full sized bath and shower. All the attractions of Fisherman's Wharf are a brief walk away.

Everything is amazing, the biggest con is the parking bc it is $80 per day so we found another parking garage that was a 10min walk. There also isn't a microwave in your room but theres a communal one downstairs. Other than that, we had an amazing stay here!

Stinky pillows. Very limited food offerings for morning coffee. Coffee in room and lounge was excellent though. But no lounge coffee service after early morning hours. Great location!!! Close to everything. Really needs a breakfast option nearby though. Room decor was super bare and industrial. Room desk chair really needs wheels, hard to drag across carpet.

Staff was very friendly and engaging. We arrived early and they stored our luggage so we could go to lunch and do some shopping. Brought our luggage up to our room upon our return. The room was clean and spacious. The hotel location was great. Access to a lot of food and shopping options.
