Property was clean and safe, staff was nice and helpful. The smell from the restaurants leaked in since the windows did not shut properly. Room was next to the stairs and could hear steps loudly. Overall it was good for the price.

We got an interesting room where the sink was outside the bathroom and extremely tiny which was quite unexpected. Other than that everything else was good, the staff was amazing and helpful. Very convenient location, two blocks from the train and major streets.

Great price for SF

For the price, it was great. Good location, nice staff. Beds were comfortable and the coffee was a plus. Room needed a chair, the lights were all a bit bright and weird stains on carpet.

We loved the parking lot next to the hotel, walking distance. Walking distance from Union Square and other center points of interest. Nice, clean, polite and helpful staff. Had some internet/tv issues, has been resolved by the hotel quickly. Highly recommended.

The location is very convenient to most of the tourist spots, the room is very clean, so it’s worth the price, the only bad is a bit noisy during night coz it located at the street, but if you’re not a light sleeper, then should be no problem

The property was cosy, safe and what we were looking for. The lounge area on the second floor with laundry, coffee, tea and water was good. Our room was small (2 bunk beds) but worked for the 3 of us. The drawers at the bottom of the bunk beds were hard to open and pretty much useless to us...we just used the 4th bed for luggage storage. There is no seating in the room and i think if the base of the beds had a bench/storage instead of drawers it could serve both purposes. All in all pretty good though and would stay again.

Tastefully-design and modern boutique hotel in downtown San Francisco! It's right at the edge of the Tenderloin but also minutes to public transit and all the hot spots in the city. Surprisingly quiet for a midweek stay. They keep the doors locked at all times if you are ever concerned about safety in the area. Comfortable beds and hot shower with good water pressure, excellent stay for the affordable price and walkable location everywhere!

Granted me and my friend were here simply as a place to sleep since we were out and about for most of the time, this was a great affordable option for our two night stay. While the area is a little sketchy, it is in perfect proximity to several of the touristy spots around San Francisco. We had no problems with any of the utilities. Something to note however is there is no onsite parking so if you are visiting by car you will need to choose from one of the overpriced parking areas nearby. Overall, the hotel was clean, inviting, and a great choice.
