Beautiful rooms - amazing views of the city & bay! Walkable, convenient to Ferry Building, Embarcadero, Fisherman’s Wharf & mass transit. Safe, clean. Rooms were cleaned daily. Staff were very friendly & accommodating. The renovations were beautiful.
Some of the Elevators were not working properly. Elevators need music, too quiet & you hear the elevators creaking as they moved. Better toilet paper - It was only 1 ply & not very comfortable. Better toiletries- shampoo & conditioner was lacking as was the soap. The dispensers did not work well either. The entranceway was still a bit confusing, even after the renovation.
