Beautiful fully airconditioned villa with private pool and secluded gardens

Beautifully Designed privately owned villa maintained to a very high standard. Completely self contained with large private pool and secluded gardens. Outside BBQ area with covered pergola. Petanca (Boules) court . Large games rooms with snooker table.

The villa has 3 double bedrooms of which two with a double bed and one with two single beds as well as a single bedroom. 2 bathrooms , one with shower, bidet and toilet, the other with shower, toilet, bidet and bath. Satellite TV , Google Chromecasts (handy for the kids) and high speed fiber wifi to stay connected.

Parking place for multiple cars.

Nous avons passé 19 jours dans une trÚs belle villa toute équipée avec une grande piscine et une salle de jeux pour les enfants la maison est équipée d une cuisine extérieur trÚs appréciable La villa dispose de Clim dans toutes les chambres et de plusieurs terrasses Merci encore pour cette prestation de qualité et à renouveler sans hésitation Pascal

Check in war super. Objekt hat x MĂ€ngel. Einige Dinge sind kaputt. Matratzen völlig durch. KĂŒche nicht ordentlich gereinigt. Altes Frittenfett noch in der Fritöse etc.x Fliesen in den RĂ€umen und am poolbereich kaputt. Ebenso wie kantenschienen an den Aussentreppen. Somit Verletzungsgefahr fĂŒr kleine Kinder.

We had good communication with the host and gratefully we were allowed an early book in with our flight being early morning. The villa itself is very large with plenty of inside and outside seating areas. The villa as a whole is very tired and desperately needs some TLC. The double beds were really uncomfortable and need the mattresses replacing. The bedding and towels had been washed but it was things like the valance on the bed, it was filthy and we had to wash them. Also, the mattress protectors / toppers were that old they were see through. The balcony seating area over looking the pool was unusable due to the seats being really dirty and having huge potted plants with stagnant water next to them. This made the mosquitoes unbearable and i suffered serious bites with one becoming infected. The area around the pool was spacious but the sun parasol was broken and had been mended poorly with tape leaving it susceptible to falling over, this was our only shade around the pool. The pool was fantastic, lovely and clean. The kitchen and bathrooms were cleaned to a high standard, it's just the stuff that doesn't get cleaned weekly that needs a good going over. The air conditioning worked well in our bedrooms but 2 ceiling fans did not work at all. We had an issue with the gas for hot water and contact with Carol was excellent and the issue was resolved very quickly. The kitchen facilities were very good with everything you would need. The men enjoyed he games room.

brilliant time

The property is well laid out with room to spread out and find a quiet place to read . the pool excellent and the garden lovely, just a couple of things - the outside kitchen lighting was not working and broken Mosquito netting on window of en -suit bedroom at the time we were there this was needed ,otherwise a perfect holiday for the whole family .

Maintenance/upgrading required

The property was good, particularly the outdoor space. But we felt the property was in need of some maintenance and upgrading, both inside and out. It could also benefit from a thorough clear out as there was a lot of "random stuff' in various cupboards. The kitchen in particular had a lot of food and drink in the cupboards. That could pose a health and safety risk as there was no telling what was contained inside. But overall, we really enjoyed our stay.

A Perfect Holiday

A VERY BIG VILLA, WITH A GREAT POOL, THE LOCATION IS A LITTLE HARD TO FIND, ITS HAD A CHANGE OF ADDRESS, YOU NEED A CAR. BUT WHAT A GREAT HOLIDAY WE HAD, 7 OF US, IT CAN SLEEP 8. AIR CONDITIONING IS GOOD AND IN EVERY ROOM, IT HAS ALL THE ITEMS NEEDED, WE HAD NO PROBLEMS AT ALL AND A FULL SIZE SNOOKER TABLE,THANKS FOR A GREAT HOLIDAY.

Perfect family holiday

We've just come back from a week's stay in the villa & wish we'd been there longer! The pool was perfect, the cleaner came out during our stay to treat the pool. There was plenty of facilities for the kids and aircon in all the rooms. All pool towels were provided and there were plenty of plates cutlery and utensils. We will be looking to book another stay next year as we enjoyed this one so much 🙂

Excellent villa. Will definitely return.

The villa had everything a family needed. Outside was spacious with two gorgeous balconies. Pool was very clean and the children spent all their time there. The kitchen was very well equipped. The games room was superb and had a fridge in it. Outdoor kitchen was an added bonus with comfortable seating and fridge. . Looking forward to returning there again soon

Lovely large property. Self contained with off road parking, swimming pool, games areas. Pool/snooker table. Fully equipped kitchen. On a clean. , quiet urbanisation. You do need a car. Or motorcycle as public transport as public transport is non existent.

Sehr schön gelegene und ruhige Villa

Wir verbrachten im August 19 wunderschöne Tage in der Villa. Der große Pool und Garten ist von keiner Seite einsehbar. Es gibt sehr viele Möglichkeiten zu Sitzen und zu genießen. Das Haus ist sehr groß und gut ausgestattet. Toller Kontakt zum Vermieter und mit Carol vor Ort. Kommen gerne wieder.

Komfortable und gut ausgestattete Villa mit MĂ€ngeln

Wir haben mit 2 Familien 10 Tage im Oktober in der Villa verbracht. Nach etwas spĂ€rlichem Kontakt im Vorfeld war die Übergabe des Objektes freundlich und hat gut geklappt. Insgesamt ist der Garten sehr schön angelegt und man hat seine Ruhe. Die Villa liegt in einer typisch spanischen Urbanisation. Das Umfeld ist wenig attraktiv. Die Villa ist in allen Bereichen sehr gut ausgestattet, gerĂ€umig und wie in der Anzeige beschrieben. Was leider nicht erwĂ€hnt wurde, ist, dass das komplette Untergeschoss feucht ist und dass die SchĂ€den offensichtlich nicht erst durch das kĂŒrzliche Unwetter hervorgerufen wurden. Hier liegen alle SchlafrĂ€ume! Die WĂ€nde waren schimmelig und die KleiderschrĂ€nke nicht benutzbar. Wir mussten daher aus dem Koffer leben, der besser im Wohnzimmer stand. Bettdecken fĂŒr die Betten waren nicht ausreichend vorhanden und die wenigen, die da waren, waren ebenfalls schimmelig. Insofern war es in einigen NĂ€chten eine sehr kalte Angelegenheit. Wir hatten auch gesundheitliche Bedenken. Seitens des Vermieters wurde nicht auf unsere Mails und die Übermittlung entsprechender Bilder reagiert. Wir können das Objekt daher nicht empfehlen!

Superb villa with everything you could want for a brilliant holiday.

This villa is the best we have ever stayed in, everything about it is just what we wanted. The villa and pool are excellent and the snooker table is an added bonus. Thanks to Jim and Jean who were there to welcome us and even brought us some tea and milk because they knew we were going to be arriving after the shops closed due to flight delays. They came back next morning to give us advice on what there is in the area. All in all a fantastic time was had, thanks Paul and Nyssia for letting us stay in your villa, we hope to be back in the future.

fantastic holiday!!!!!

hi paul and nissia we had a fantastic holiday in your villa the pool was lovely warm and very clean we have stayed in many villas but yours is by far the best pool we have ever had great the villa itself was very clean the kitchen was very well equipped with everything we needed and more as I do like to cook my own meals on holiday as well as eating out we loved the peace and quiet and not being overlooked very private shops and restaurants only a very short drive away which was very good for us my husband loved the games room!! jim and jean who take care of the villa were lovely kind and very helpful arranging airport transfers and car hire for us and keeping your lovely pool clean thank you so much for letting us share your home we loved every minute of our holiday many thanks the only thing a week was not long enough hope very much to return in the future best wishes jennie and danny livingstone

A spacious, clean and well-equipped villa, grounds and pool with good agents who looked after us

We arrived at midnight and were greeted at the gates by Jim and Jean who look after the villa. They were very welcoming and appeared alternate days to water the shrubs and flowers. While they were on the grounds they spoke with us and encouraged us to phone their mobiles at any time should we have any problems or queries (which we didn't). There was a red book in the villa with local information eg doctors, hospitals, taxis, restaurants, supermarkets etc. The whole villa was clean and very well equipped. Upon our arrival there were two large bottles of drinking water and there was washing up liquid, dishwasher tablets, washing tablets, tea towels, dishcloths, cleaning and insect sprays. All 5 toilets had tissue paper. It was a nice touch that we could shop at our leisure to replace anything that we used. There were plenty of glasses, cutlery and plates - some plastic to be used outside. All the bedrooms had comfortable beds and good quality bed linen. There were insect grids on all the bedroom windows. The swimming pool and surrounding area were kept very clean. There were several terraces around the grounds that we could sit and use. One terrace, at the back of the villa, provided a washing line, pegs and airer so that we didn't have to watch our washing drying while we sat around the pool or outdoor dining area. The BBQ worked very well and there was a sink and drainer next to it which was very handy. Both snooker and pool could be played in the games room, along with darts. Our children enjoyed playing on the football table. Even beach towels were provided. All equipment was of very good quality. A car was really necessary staying at this villa. However, we also hired taxis that were punctual, reasonably priced and all the drivers were polite and helpful. We used them to go to the local beaches, supermarkets and restaurants - all of which we enjoyed. Our son and wife took their young children to the local waterpark (10 mins car ride) twice as they all enjoyed it so much. It was very child friendly, safe and reasonably priced. They brought a four month old baby with them and the villa provided a high quality cot, playpen and stairgate. Our daughter had a beach wedding twenty minutes from the villa. Everything was organised very well and all the guests had a brilliant day. We could highly recommend this holiday villa and local amenities to everyone.
