We really loved our stay here overall. The staff were genuinely kind, gentle, and thoughtful, which made the whole experience very relaxing. The weather was perfect, it never felt crowded, and it was truly an easy, enjoyable vacation. We tried every restaurant on property, and each one had its own unique flavors — all very good. We truly enjoyed it and would definitely come back. One important thing to note is the Kids Club (indoor childcare area). We were there for only about 30 minutes, but during that short time, one younger, heavier-set staff member was already noticeably impatient with the children. She was very unprofessional, showed little patience, and even used the word “loser” toward a 6-year-old child, which is completely unacceptable. When a parent asked about it, her attitude was also rude and dismissive. We were told her name might be Kayla. I sincerely hope management takes this seriously and addresses it. Aside from that issue, everything else was excellent: • Pools were clean and well maintained • Restaurant staff were all incredibly nice • Front desk staff were friendly and professional • Housekeeping staff were wonderful as well Overall, it was a great trip. With better oversight and staff training at the Kids Club, this place would be close to perfect.

there are only two small hot tubs and are mostly crow. the floor of shower room in my room is uneven thus water didn't get drained smoothly

Pool was too cold, the room phone did not work. Tried asking for help but did not get fixed. The shower gel was close to empty and no one filled it. Asked to fill and only conditioner got filled. Shower gel remained empty. Asked for pool service and was told that the reserved seats pay very high price so they need to be served first and we will need to wait.

What was exceptional was the staff. Our special thanks go out to Grace at the Baja Grill and her assistant, they made our holiday.
