We had a great stay, the resort is gated and as soon as you drive in you are welcomed by many friendly faces . We were always greeted with a smile throughout the day and had food and drinks offered to us all day. The restaurants were all good and breakfast was great, the coffee shop was our most frequented stop where Axel and his co workers gave us excellent service , they always had a big smile in the coffee shop and had good conversations . Highly recommend and will be coming back .

The property is amazing, right on the beach. The main and Infinity pools are very big. We were there during low season so the pools were very empty and we had a great time at the pools. The adult pool is small on the other hand. We highly recommended this hotel. The only down is we were given a room that is on a very high traffic corridor and so our room was very noisy with people walking by and cleaning staff talking early in the morning. There is also some resort speakers playing near by during the normal hours that we can hear in our room. Fortunately the hotel gave us another room after we mentioned the issue to them, which we really appreciated.

We had such a wonderful stay at Hyatt Ziva Cabo! We traveled as a family of four with kids ages 9 and 6, and we’re already talking about coming back. From the moment we arrived, the staff was so attentive, welcoming, and made us feel safe the entire time. The food was excellent with plenty of variety, and everything on the property was so convenient and well maintained. The staff members were professional, kind, and always willing to help with a smile. This resort truly exceeded our expectations and made for an amazing family getaway. Highly recommend for families looking for both relaxation and fun!

Wonderful Stay at Hyatt Los Cabos I had an amazing experience at the Hyatt Los Cabos. From the moment I arrived, the service was outstanding. I especially want to highlight Catalina, who was part of the team—she went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect and made us feel truly welcomed. The buffet restaurant was also excellent, with a wide variety of delicious and fresh options every day. It was definitely one of the highlights of our stay. Overall, the staff, service, and food exceeded my expectations. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Los Cabos, and I look forward to coming back!
