The Space:
Cabos; Las Mañanitas; with plenty of space for 8 people; with a magnificent view overlooking the Sea of Cortez. This resort has 3 lavish pools, each with outdoor grilling terraces ideal for barbecues. An indoor/outdoor fitness center is complete with a tennis court, basketball and pro-putting green. Located in a very convenient access to shopping, dinning, nightlife, marinas and golfing. Within steps to the endless beaches and a short distance to the Historic San Jose’s Art district.
The living room in this unit has been furnished with comfortable sofas. It has TV and DVD player. They are glass sliding doors that take you to terrace, furnished with a glass patio table to enjoy a delicious breakfast, a cup of tea/coffee or why not a glass of wine, and a couple of sunbeds. The dinning room has wood table.
The master bedroom with a view to the ocean, has a king size bed, a TV, a dressing area, a private bathroom with a bathtub,  marble sinks and a big mirror. The second master bedroom has 2 queen beds and a nice view to the ocean  too, TV and a comfortable bathroom. The third bedroom has 1 full size bed and a pull out; all custom designed interiors for a comfortable stay. The kitchen very well equipped with nice appliances and granite counters, conventional and microwave oven, dishwasher, coffee maker, a blender and inside the cabinets all with what’s needed to create great meals. Wireless internet is included in the unit.This is a very cozy resort and unit with many amenities that will full fill your expectations and will for sure not disappoint your stay.

It was our second time at La Manitas. There was a lot of dust from construction so we couldn’t go out on the balcony. The host did give us some money back because of this inconvenience. The condo needs some upgrades with lighting, rugs and kitchen gear. The new blender sucked! The bottom does not stay on well, I would suggest getting a new one. It would have been nice to have a small vacuum cleaner for the rugs. They need a new broom. And an update on their checkout information. The pools, beach chairs, and Jacuzzi were wonderful. So a lot of wildlife in the ocean from our beach!Otherwise, it’s perfect location in San Jose Del Cabo hotel zone. Close to the Le Comer and 10 minutes from old San Jose. Places to eat were plentiful.

SJD Getaway

We enjoyed the property and location was great! It was very quiet and loved the sound of the waves and beach access. Pools were beautiful and grounds were kept up so nice! However, the unit really needs new towels throughout. Every towel we used except the kitchen, were shredded. The unit definitely needed some maintenance. Someone named Marco showed up when we were sleeping and knocked and let himself into the unit. Very unnerving! He walked into the kitchen and said he had to water the two plants on the deck which he proceeded to do. Gave us a card and said to call him for wine tasting. Very strange! There really needs to be more lounge chairs and were not at all comfortable.

Beautiful View

We had a wonderful stay with a beautiful view for morning coffee and evening wine/margaritas. The grocery store is with in walking distance along with two restaurants, Claudia’s and Mama Mia’s. So good! Very relaxing time!

Do NOT stay in this condo

We stayed in this 3 bedroom unit at Las Mananitas from Oct 31 to Nov 11, 2023. I will start by saying that the Las Mananitas property is excellent, the location is great, you can walk to lots of restaurants, grocery stores, Starbucks, and about a 40 minute walk into San Jose del Cabo. The pools in the Las Mananitas complex are great, ammenities for the complex are excellent, they even have 2 Pickleball Courts. As for the Unit itself, do NOT rent this unit. The beds were terrible, noisy. The bed linens were terrible, dark brown sheets on the King bed, gross! The second bedroom had two doubles beds, not queen beds as stated in the ad. The dishwasher broke while we were there, but as we didn't want to spend our vacation indoors waiting for maintenance to come, we had our husbands termporarily fix the dishwasher, first it was completely loose, so the whole dishwasher would tip out when we pulled out the racks to load the dishwasher, and then eventually it would not run. No extras provided in this condo, only 2 lousy beach chairs, no beach umbrella, but they left a completely broken beach umbrella??? Who does that?? The safe in the unit does not work, had to call maintenance to fix that, again waiting in the unit for someone to come. The kitchen had most utensils, except no kettle, it was a mess, but as we looked through cupboards, we eventually found stuff. A couple positives were excellent patio furniture, and comfortable living room furniture.

Almost Paradise

There is nothing like looking out your balcony and seeing the pool, manicured lawns and gardens and the Sea of Cortez. Seeing humpback whales and rays frolicking in the water made it even better. Our unit was great as was the proximity to amenities, especially to the grocery stores and restaurants. We hosted and entertained friends and family while in Cabo and got to share the amazing experience. Lifetime memories have been made. We'll be back!

Our Fifth Stay of the Year

We love Las Mananitas and have stayed there many, many times over the past 10 years. We have considered purchasing, But so far we enjoy renting.....no worries.. We like LM3 because it has a good view of the beach and we usually try to book in that building. This past rental 3303 was very comfortable, gorgeous view. Kitchen was well stocked, although we needed to purchase and electric kettle for tea and instant coffee which we donated to the condo. Beds were comfortable, linens clean.

Good for a family of 6 to 8.. but..

This property is in a pretty good location. Not far from LaComer shopping and restaurants. The description had in it that there were TWO King Beds. This is only ONE KING Bed in the master bdrm. The biggest complaint we had was not this properties fault.. but on Friday and Saturday Night.. this property is right next to a public beach access. So, people party all night right there at the beach and at the end of the access.. which is right next to this property. They crank the music up to concert level from their cars and are up til 3:30 to 4:00am. We stood out on the deck and it was loud as heck!! Kept us up all night. Last issue was that the pool is VERY Warm. Almost like a hot tub and we didn't get hardly any relief from the hot weather. The room is spacious and otherwise not bad.

Amazing room and great location

We had an absolutely amazing day. The room was amazing with 3 large bedrooms and great views of the ocean. We could sit on the deck and listen to the waves and enjoy our coffee in the morning. It was also close to all of the hotels along the beach and a short ride to the downtown. I would definitely recommend staying here.

We enjoyed the stay very much.

As a condo it was outstanding. The rental staff on site was very helpful and security was helpful and professional. It is not a resort with the poolside service but there was not a big crowd either which was very nice. Best Christmas ever.
