The interiors of Villa Pacifica were designed for entertaining and exude an inviting warmth with its hand-painted tiles, handcrafted accents, and flowing arches. Indoors, adjacent to the living and dining areas is a Mexican-tiled kitchen complimented by warm woods. The open floor plan includes a beautifully decorated kitchen with a breakfast bar next to the dining area and great room. The kitchen is equipped with premium stainless steel appliances. The back of the great room is a wall of floor-to-ceiling sliding glass doors that open out onto the patio and provide spectacular views of the Sea of Cortez. The main house also includes four private bedroom suites and there are two bedrooms in the guest house.

Outdoors, you’ll find well-manicured lawns, palm trees swaying in the sea breeze, colorful and exotic flowers with an open-air terrace, wet bar, barbecue, and infinity pool overlooking  the ocean. Villa Pacific Palmilla includes a relaxing stone courtyard and tiered water fountain.

This luxury villa is located in the exclusive Palmilla residential community and includes access to the Palmilla Golf and Tennis clubs. Additional fees apply. Please request reservations and tee times from our staff. Restaurant reservations may also be requested and are subject to availability and confirmation from the One & Only Palmilla Hotel.

Other Things to Note:
Daily housekeeping is included with your rental. Housekeepers will visit daily to make beds, wash and replenish all bath & pool towels, take out trash, sweep and mop floors, clean bathrooms, refresh empty paper products, refresh any soap products provided with rental. Villa housekeeping staff do not work on Sundays or holidays. Consult your concierge for specifics during your dates.
