Lovely apartment and hotel

The apartment is beautifully designed, nicely appointed, and very clean. The beach and the hotel pools are lovely, the staff throughout the hotel are very kind, and my kids loved the Kids Club. Alberto was very responsive and courteous and fixed a couple of issues right away. We hope to go back soon!

we have stayed in both the hotel itself and this time rented the residence. we'll be back to the viceroy, but probably will go back to the hotel where we get nightly turn down service, fresh linens dailly, etc. the owner was very nice however. also strange was that they had a camera in the living room; we covered it up with a towel; not sure why that was the case.

Not ready for visitors 11/2021

Lovely place that should come with instruction or someone walking you thru to locate all essential items such as light switches and thermostat. No phone, television, Wi-Fi or amenities that used Wi-Fi. No assistance during the stay. The owner was responsive but could not fix our issues.

We are ready! We have added a user manual for the unit! The hotel has resolved the network problem that was caused by hurricane damage. This problem was responsible for all internet services to be unavailable (Phone, Tv, WiFi). We are good to go!
