✓ The entry into the community of company ladies or activities related to prostitution is not allowed.
✓ Pets are not suitable for this house: we know that they are part of the family, however our home is not suitable to host them and they could be stressed, in addition, due to condominium regulations they are not allowed in common areas.
✓ The departure is at 11 am: we ask you to please be very punctual in this, since the health and well-being of our guests is of the utmost importance, which is why we carry out an exhaustive cleaning of all the houses with each departure, in order to try to guarantee a completely clean space.
✓ Being a condominium there are some basic rules of coexistence, so a maximum of 4 people per house are allowed to enter the condominium, prior registration of the same (full name and identification number required). Visitors are not allowed

Cute apartment close enough to everything

I stayed here with my kids because I wanted access to restaurants and city which I got. Only complaint I have is they need to provide better towels. They looked old and had stains. Otherwise everything else was great, property clean and manager responded quickly

Really Nice Place to Stay

This location was great. It was very clean, very Central to everything we wanted to do. 15 minutes from downtown, lots of places to eat nearby at all price ranges. The rooftop pool was incredible. The whole deck area there was awesome. We all enjoyed our stay there, it was a great laruching point for all our adventures in San Jose. Highly recommend this place.

Great Neighborhood - Nice Place

The condo is located in a very nice area. Good restaurants and markets are close by. The views are spectacular from the unit and even better from the rooftop pool and hot tub area. The unit is quite comfortable. Although new, it could use some TLC and a more thorough cleaning. Management said they were looking into it. There is also a new high rise being built next door which contributes a lot to the city noise. Just something to consider
