The location is perfect for shopping and dining.. The only reason why I'm not givng them 5 stars is due to the location of my room. I stayed at room 400. Which seems to be right above their lounge and right in the corner of the main strip. You can heat music andand cars constantly rubbing their engines. I wasnot able to sleep until 1:30am.

Everything was pretty good. The room was clean and the staff were very courteous. The particular room we had was next to a staff access door and it was a little loud with people going in and out late into the night and early morning, but other than that a good price for the room we had.

The room was clean and spacious, but showed age. As we lived in the area in the past we know when the hotel was opened and went to the hotel restaurant several times. It has been for more than 20 years and it needs upgrades. The area is the most popular place for people to shop and dine. Very famous Valley Fair Shopping mall with upscale stores is cross the street. Hotel Valencia is located in Santana Row that is another location for shopping and dining. Winchester Mystery House is short walking distance as well. The staff is very friendly and nice.
