The neighborhood was noisy because of the trolley station and many cars were passing by. One of the bath towel had blood sting on it. The mattress that I slept on was making so much noise when i made a move.

Found large, live bed bugs. Contacted the property and was moved to a worse room due to full capacity. Was not offered a full refund by Hyatt despite trying to work with the property and Expedia. DO NOT STAY HERE UNLESS YOU WANT BED BUGS!!! Absolutely horrendous from a 4-star hotel. Bathroom doors were also old and clanky, not closing properly.

I had a very comfortable and enjoyable stay over the weekend. The breakfast was good and I took advantage of all the options. I had never had rainforest blend for coffee but I really enjoyed it and I was I grabbed a second cup before I left. Housekeeping staff was kind and greeted us good morning as we walked by and I really appreciated that. The check-in staff was really friendly and helpful and I was able to get my room within an hour of arriving early. This experience has been one of my favorite hotel experiences and if I’m in the area again, I’ll make sure to book here again.
