Please note that this is an urban location, and occasional nearby train activity can be heard at times. Guests who are comfortable with typical city sounds tend to have the best experience.

The condo is thoughtfully equipped for both short and extended stays, with space to relax, work, and enjoy the city. Inside, you’ll find a comfortable bedroom, a modern bathroom, a fully equipped kitchen, and a dedicated workspace, making it ideal for travelers, remote workers, or anyone looking for a convenient and comfortable city base.

From the condo, you’re also within easy reach of many of San José’s key attractions, including Parque Nacional, museums, downtown San José, and Chinatown, known for its excellent dining options.

Because everything is so close, many guests prefer exploring on foot or by ride-share. Uber and taxis are easy to find, and public buses run frequently throughout the city. The local train also connects to nearby towns, although most visitors rely on ride-share or taxis for convenience.

If you’re driving, secure parking is available in the building for an additional cost.

The Interbus shuttle office is located very close to the building, offering shuttle service to many destinations throughout Costa Rica, including connections toward Nicaragua.

Barrio Escalante is also close to San José’s nightlife areas, including the California district, making the condo a great base for guests who enjoy evening dining, music, and city energy.
