Really nice hotel once you walk in. Lobby, hallways, and the room are all very clean. A large selection for breakfast. Hotel has free shuttle to a metro station where Line 1 takes you into the city center.

We were attending a family wedding so family flew in from various parts of the world. We all booked through Expedia. Some got great rooms and some got rooms that honestly did not look like they were part of the hotel - including both rooms I had booked. Disappointing for the amount paid.

Amazing stay

Best decision i made staying here. The place is nice, clean and cozy. Parking was always an issue to places we stayed, but best thing is they have a parking area right outside the hotel.

This hotel is perfect for those with car or willing to arrive via public services, i.e. taxi, Uber, etc. The hotel is doing some renovations (9/25) so it looks a bit messy outside but very clean and nice inside. Close to some shopping sites and restaurants but a bit difficult to get to them walking.

Lots of free parking, 10 min drive into city. Expecting a corporate hotel but full of families and package tour companies, even a kid club! Breakfast was nice with good choice but very busy. Pool area was packed and noisy. Not what I expected.

I found that there was not much comfort in the room during my stay. The service in the dining restaurant was disappointing, and I felt that there was a lack of respect for customers. I ordered dinner, and although I requested water, it was never brought to me until after I finished my meal and left.
