Good hotel with only the essentials. Friendly staff. Not located well for easy access, but is walking distance to the central plaza and all that is there. Restaurant is only open for a small breakfast buffet, and doesn’t open until 8:30.

Great, but need better customer service!
Posted Dec. 15, 2023 on HotelsClean with plenty of space and centrally located to the church! The front desk was helpful when assisting with obtaining an early taxi ride the next day. The only complaint was that they messed up my reservation, I was charged for a larger 2-bed room but received a smaller one bed room. When asked if I could obtain a refund of the price difference, they said they couldn’t support me with this because it was done through hotels.com. If it was a mistake on the hotel’s part, they should have made up for their mistake by granting me that refund!

I like the fact that it’s a brand new hotel easy to find and it’s walking distance to church restaurants or anything that u might be looking for

This property is amazing, will definitely be staying here on future visits and i’ve already told my family to stay here when they come. Staff is super friendly and professional as well.
