Eve, the owner was very helpful and friendly. She even invited us to her beautiful daughter's birthday party next door, so we could experience a Puerto Rican party. Us four senior couples enjoyed our two days here. It is in a quiet neighborhood and seemed safe. The only thing I would suggest is to carefully analyze the bedroom situation. May work better for families with children, as you had to share the bathrooms, which were located in the bedroom. So for four adult couples, it was a little awkward, but we made it work.

Wonderful stay

From the moment I arrived at the property until the very end of my stay, I truly felt at home. Communication with the owners was quick and efficient. FAMILY VACATION

OUR STAY WAS BEAUTIFUL. EVERTHING IN THE APT WAS CLEAN AND PERFECT FOU THE ENTIRE FAMILY/ ROOMS WERE SPACIOUS CLEAN AIR CONDITIONED AND BATHROOMS IN EACH ROOM. POOL WAS PERFECT FOR THE KIDS. THERE WAS SOMETHING FOR EVERYONE. THANK YOU, EVELYN N LUIS

We were bamboozled.

Parking was ridiculous, we had 4 vehicles and had to keep rearranging so we could get in and out. Parking on the sidewalk was the option and not a good option. The pool and spa were not enjoyable. The children could play in the pool like a deep kiddie pool. The spa was suitable for 1 adult. There was no place for us to gather as a group. There was no privacy, we had to go through the bedrooms to get to the pool and spa. Those in the rooms by the pool and spa had to go through bedrooms to get to the kitchen. Supposedly 3 kitchens, None were for cooking. Says there is a washer and dryer, we never found them. Some packed light and depended on the washer and dryer to keep fresh. So shopping for clothing was mandatory. Trash was left by the last renters, it smelled hideous. Maggots were an issue. I had to call several times to get it removed. Dogs barked all night long. We were to be quiet by 10:PM. We feel we were bamboozled by the owners and will never rent with them again. I do not expect anything from this complaint except that the facts on this property is updated. This was a family vacation and we could not enjoy it. We are coming back to Puerto Rico in January and are concerned of being bamboozled again. Some are wanting to just go to a hotel, I prefer VRBO, but don't want to be bamboozled again. We have used VBRO for several rentals over the years, I always brag about how wonderful you are, not this time. Sincerely, a bamboozled customer

Friends Vacation

Great house for large group. Nice if you want to be away from daily hustle and bustle. Uber was super easy to OSJ and SJ. We booked transportation for our other tours that were in the opposite direction. We enjoyed the pool and resteraunts nearby. Host was easy to communicate with and allowed late checkout when our plane was delayed 4 hours.

Birthday trip

The stay was nice for my friends and I during my birthday trip. There were 10 of us (3 couples) and everyone fit comfortably in the space. It’s super cute and we had fun walking at night seeing the neighborhood and going to the store up the street.

Nice and easy the hot tub did not work and our disabled friend was not happy

Nice place to stay as a group

There were 9 of us and we had a great experience staying here. Any minor issues that came up, were resolved quickly. It's close to the airport and a short Uber ride to anywhere ypu want to go in San Juan. The place was clean and we had what we needed for our stay.

Lovely Space

This property was a lovely space. It was just as explained we loved the separation of the three bedrooms and the kitchen and living space for each room. Very nice. The neighbors were very helpful with our Ubereats order when the delivery driver was lost.
