Our host Janet was exceptional!! She made us welcome before we ever reached Puerto Rico! Sent us things to do, checked on us regularly and generally and genuinely wanted our stay to be wonderful! She achieved 5stars here! The condo being right on the beach was perfect for anyone wishing to pop outside and land in the sand/water! We loved hearing the waves at night! And having coffee in the morning overlooking the beach/waves. It was a lovely place to land and call home base. A couple things that would be grand and maybe aren't achievable due to the proximity to the water/sand/humidity would be a sand management capability (ie. small vacuum) and corrosion mitigation. We left our shoes at the door so as not to track sand through but our feet were always sandy even getting out of the shower. Doors might like a kickboard for longevity and cupboard handles replaced...Maybe that's beach standard. All in all we loved the location and beach access and there was a night time elf that secured the parking area and the condo entrance!! We felt well cared for. Thank you Janet for all your kindness and care!

This is my third time staying here. Everything I come to Puerto Rico I love to stay at this apartment. My family and I had a great time! Francisco and Janet did a great job to accommodate us and make sure we were comfortable. They went above and beyond for us! My family and I are super appreciative. They are quick to respond and the view is amazing. The apartment is clean and has everything you need to enjoy your time. Lots of places nearby for food and enjoyment. Looking forward to visiting again!

We loved that the beach was so close to the apartment. It was very close to Luquillo beach and El Yunque National Forest, both amazing. It was a great base for day trips. It was also close to a grocery store and local restaurants. We liked the small cooler and the camp chairs, which we used every day. Thank you for making our 1st stay in Puerto Rico a great experience.

A bit too small for 3 people but the location was amazing, not a tourist area so we had the beach to ourselves. The people at the nearby bar and store were so friendly, restraints nearby were great. Kiosko just a 2 mins drive away. It’s was 8 mins from the natural waterslides. We had a great time, the host was very responsive

Overall a very quiet place with wondeful views of the ocean. Place was clean and well furnished will everything you would need on a beach vacation. Local restuarants arein close proximity and very nice. Good sized supermarket, cute little bakery, and walgreens are nearby.

Quick getaway

My first time renting a place like this and I couldn’t have a better experience. The communication between Janet and myself was truly amazing. I ha question, she answered within 24 hours. The place was clean, easy access and no problems getting in. Neighbors and neighborhood was good. Nobody bothered and location is so convenient. Beach right in front, 9 mins away from a local hang out spot. Only 40 mins away from San Juan and the drive was easy. I would visit again and rent the place again!

Perfect stay!

Our stay was amazing. Right across from the beach. Neighbors were very friendly. Owner was quick with responding. We loved sitting on the balcony in the morning and at night to end the day. A short walk to a couple little restaurants had great food and welcoming people. Laundry at stay was a huge plus!

Nice location

Great view of the palms and the beach from the 2nd floor balcony. It was a little tricky to find at first, though the pictures certainly helped. No ac in living room, though a nice overhead fan and good air circulation. Nice sounds of the beach, though the frogs take a little getting used to in the evening.

Home Away from Homs

If you’re wanting to stay in a place that is like home, but just thousands of miles away from your actual home
 Then this is the place! My husband & I felt like locals staying in this condo. Getting to experience how locals live (shutters are everywhere and will be your best friend during the days & nights). Hearing the ocean right outside the balcony. & getting to see locals that are living beside you, or behind you. It was a great experience for the both of us While there are shutters for the natural AC, there is an AC unit in the bedroom that keeps it very cool, at all times if that’s what you like! Me, nor my husband, was ever uncomfortable at night. The kitchen is just like yours & I’s! The tv’s have access to all of the major apps (Netflix, Hulu, Prime, etc.). We adore this condo! & will recommend it to friends, family, & strangers!

Great ocean view

This condo is in a great location. The beach is just steps away! We loved watching the sun rise and taking walks on the beach. It was very clean and had everything we needed for a great stay. Janet was very helpful and quick to respond when needed. This condo is convenient to several shops and restaurants. We frequented La Bodeguita, Walgreen's & Amigo for necessities, and enjoyed Cold Wave, Takirriqueño Luquillo & Simple Food for tasty meals.This made a great home base for our first trip to PR!
