Property looks worn out. Gym equipment too basic and outdated. Towels for the pool unless you went to the check in counter. They had restaurants and quick service listed that were not open. If you ask the employees they’re not sure if these places are open or not. The only option for breakfast is a buffet that is basically a continental breakfast.

Older hotel hot water took a long time to get

The property needs to be updated. Not enough towels, always asking for things to be replaced because they weren’t working. One room had different equipment than the other room. Phone didn’t work so always had to go to deck when needed something.

The room maintenance service wasnt the best experience. They went to make the bed and clean and let us without towels.
