Yes indeed , there was a big problem. Three days without power for 6-7 hours. We were not warned until the third day. We stayed on 6th floor, had to do stairs in the dark_ literally!. My husband has psoriactic arthritis and nearly fell twice.

The hotel was very nice. I was worried about the checking in part, they are open 24 hrs. So even if you arrive after 11pm you will be fine. The staff was very friendly, everyone was very helpful. For the price that I pay I think it was worth it. I never did not feel safe at all. I did not have a car and used Urber which was very easy to use. However i did see lots of families with cars, which if your group is big would be helpful to go sight seeing. Overall the hotel was not loud at all. It is very quiet and i could sleep very comfortable. My recommendations besides scanning code is to have a little map of the hotel recreational areas, gym is here, breakfast starts at this time only till 9:30 a.m., the restaurants do not open till 5pm, etc. If you need to purchase water please use the little market which opens at 9 am till 7pm. I did not see any vending machines. Also my urber would pick me up next door because he could not get through the gates which is fine but would have been nice to know ahead

La ducha no tenia agua caliente, la habitación donde estaba el televisor esta todo roto, las sabanas quente dan sin finitas. Para el precio no era lo que esperabamos.
