“Disappointing Experience: Unresponsive Host and U

I strongly advise against sending any deposit to this individual, as they have a knack for finding excuses to withhold it. During our two-night stay, we encountered numerous issues. Firstly, we were provided with a faulty key holder, resulting in the key accidentally falling off, for which we were unfairly charged $200. Additionally, the water pressure in the bathroom was problematic, and the bed was incredibly noisy. Despite reaching out for assistance, our concerns were met with complete disregard and rejection. It’s incredibly disappointing to experience such poor service and communication from a supposed host.

We had a beautiful view from our balcony of the ocean / beach. Only draw back was there was no whole house air conditioning. Air was only in the bed room. When we were there it was very hot and humid.

Excellent option for staying in Luquillo

This condo is located in a tall building of condos right on the beach. It has private parking included which is monitored by security personnel and a gate. The ocean waves are audible throughout the time staying there, which I find calming and revitalizing. It has a bedroom, bathroom, and kitchen with a general area that includes kitchen table and a futon couch with a flat screen tv on the wall across from the futon. The condo also includes beach towels, beach chairs, a shade umbrella and cooler making a trip to the beach readily available. There’sa gate connected to the property that leads to the beach, and we spent an entire day walking the shore and playing in the waves. I recommend this condo for anyone looking to stay in a romantic setting, or even for a small family wanting easy access to a beach and a safe stay.

The apartment was wonderful! It was everything we expected. The website description and pictures were accurate. The only thing that could use upgrading is the air conditioning system. Would def go back!

The location was definitely the strong point. Other than that, it was old, small, uncomfortable, kitchen was a bit depressing and puny. 2X4 furniture...you get what you pay for.

We loved that the apartment had a few necessities such as pepper, salt, cooking oil, soaps and a few beers. The balcony had a spectacular view and made a very romantic breakfast setting.

Good security. I felt more "at home" with an apartment than with a single room. More cost savings and much more convenient to be able to have a kitchen. Parking was free, but in San Juan would have cost me an extra $100 And the view and access to a beautiful beach was tremendous. And the Luquillo is close to El Yunque National Forest, the Ferry Boat docks, and not far from Humacao Nature Reserve. There was also nearby (walking distance) shopping at Amigo supermarket, drugstores, restaurants, and Walmart was a short drive away. You know what they say in real estate....Location, Location, Location. And the price was the same as I would have paid in Old San Juan...which would have been a crapping stay.

The place was fantastic. It is anout 45 minutes away from San Juan so no big deal with a rental. The view is rediculous. You can see the sunrise and the beach isnt packed, which is nice. The only thing I will note is the living room does not have an ac unit so if anyone sleeps there, its pretty warm. There also isn"t much in the way of night life. Loquilo is a quiet area but safe and away from clutter. I strongly recommend it and will go again.

This property was such a perfect fit for what we needed & wanted. Our host communicated with us leading up to check in, the day of, check in with us during our stay and the day we were leaving. His instructions were great. The balcony overlooking the ocean was a perfect location for breakfast and evening drinks. The water was a little rough in front of the condo but it was a beautiful 25 min walk to Luquillo beach or $5 parking to drive over. The beach has the famous kiosks which is a great place to grab lunch or dinner.

Fantastic views

The view was amazing. Someone might complain about the stove being old but the help from the owner and the cleanliness and proximity to all the beaches was fantastic. I would recommend. We did not rent a car but luckily Uber to areas near the condo were easy and cheap to get to via Uber
