This spacious apartment features two beautiful and well-equipped bedrooms, each with independent quiet AC units, large closets, and mirrors. The open concept living, dining, and kitchen areas are perfect for relaxation and socializing. The living room boasts a 55" Smart TV with ROKU/APPS and CableTV, as well as a huge sectional for ultimate comfort. Our clean wine bar, complete with wine glasses and a wine chiller "see-through" fridge, provides a perfect setting for enjoying a glass of wine.
The big kitchen is equipped with stainless steel appliances, including a stove, microwave, and side-by-side refrigerator. We also provide a coffee maker, toaster, panini toaster, pots, pans, utensils, and other essential items to make your stay more comfortable.
The full bathroom features a shower with hot water and is well-lit with a mirror vanity. We also have an indoor laundry area with a washer/dryer and a counter to help you organize your laundry.

At night, the skyline of the city is beautifully illuminated, creating the perfect ambiance for a relaxing bubble massage session in the heated jacuzzi.

We pride ourselves on providing top-quality hosting services and cleaning. Our property is under a Pest Control Program to ensure that there are no pests or insects inside the house, giving our guests peace of mind during their stay.

This location is very centric for tours around the island but unfortunately the exact location of the property is not walking distance to anything. The amenities and outdoor areas are fixed to provide a relaxing and quiet stay in a very safe neighborhood. We have a local supermarket and a gas station in the area about 1-2 minutes in car.

We want to make sure you have everything you need during your stay. Here’s what we provide:

5 white towels
Bedding with comforter and 4 pillows in each bedroom (white)
Body wash, shampoo, and conditioner in a bathroom dispenser
3 rolls of toilet paper
Dish washing soap
1 roll of paper towels for the kitchen
Basic kitchenware including plates, glasses, cups, and utensils
Pots, pans, and many essential utensils for cooking
Stove, oven, coffee maker, basic coffee bean grinder, toaster, microwave, and food processor
1 pedestal fan in the bedroom closet
1 iron for ironing clothes
1 basic hair dryer
HDMI port access for game consoles

Our rental relies on public utilities for electricity and water services from AEE/LUMA and AAA. Please be aware that any interruption of these services caused by the provider will not result in the termination of your reservation or any type of refunds. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.

The maximum occupancy for this unit is 5 guests. If your group is larger than 5 guests, there will be an extra fee per guest per night.

For security reasons, there is a 24/7 security camera located outside the front area of the apartment. This camera has motion detection and sound monitoring to prevent loud noises that may disturb our neighbors. It is strictly prohibited to tamper with this device.

Please note that this rental is located on the second floor and has stairs both inside and outside the property. While it is a beautiful rental, we kindly ask you to consider this if you have mobility issues.

Pets are not allowed. We schedule routine pest control and clean outdoor areas with bleach for your safety.

We are not responsible for accidents or weather conditions that may impact your stay. Unfortunately, we cannot provide refunds due to weather conditions beyond our control. We recommend checking the forecast and having a plan B for rainy days.
