Hotel is old and needs work. Two lounge chairs (both broken) by the pool which does not look as nice as the pictures. Elevator old and took forever. Surprising step at bottom of stairs. Most disappointing was the broken window in the bathroom. Had to keep the door shut as the room got humid (no other rooms available due to festival). Way too expensive for the hotel in the shape it was in.

AMAZING STAFF!!! ...Very Friendly, hard workers and ALWAYS AVAILABLE when I needed them!! Room was Perfect, clean and comfortable! Great Location too!! They have 2 restaurants in the building with great food and delicious coffee!! They also have parking...that's a Plus!!! I'm definitely coming back to them!!! They all made me feel at home!!
