It was a great hotel with great customer service. They upgraded me, as my room was not ready when I arrived. I was there for my birthday and the hotel left a bottle of champagne and cake in my room, which was nice. Close to everything, I would go back there again.

We didn't want to leave and ended up extending our stay. Staff were warm and welcoming from valet and the front desk to the bartenders, servers and attendants at the towels booth. We loved it!

The staff was amazing and grounds were beautiful however, the room wasn’t clean, towels were stained, and room door had issues. My key card was rejected multiple times, then the lock broke I had to be moved to another room. When in the other room the door didn’t open I was trapped in room and had to call maintenance to open the door.

You don’t have to get out of the hotel to have fun. There are clubs, casino, shopping stores, Starbucks, 4 pools, hot tube, private beach, restaurants, gym, spa and more….. definitely will go back

Our room had a leak in ceiling of our Villa. Mind you this was an upgraded room. The ceiling was peeling and dropping debre on the ground. During the night I woke up to a wet floor. We were very disappointed. They moved us the next morning to another room and that was was 100% better. We liked the hotel, but the casino was closed and many of the shops and restaurants on site were closed.

1/5 Very unprofessional and disappointing experience. I arrived at 2pm to check in and was told I might get in early, and that I would receive a text when the room was ready. By 4:08pm (the official check-in time), I still hadn’t heard anything, so I called the hotel. The staff member who answered said my room wasn’t ready, didn’t know when it would be, and just told me I would get a text. At 5pm, I went to the hotel myself and was told my original room didn’t meet standards and they would give me another. When I asked why no one had called to let me know, the front desk clerk just shrugged. No communication, no professionalism, and no accounta
