Spacious Rio Mar Villa with Spectacular Ocean View & Golf Cart!

Private villa located within the gated Rio Mar & Country Club community. (We are not part of the Wyndham Rio Mar resort). Rio Grande Awarded as One of the Best Places to visit in 2023. Beautifully furnished private 4BR/4 Bath Villa (2,500 sq. feet). This community has two golf courses (Ocean course and River course). The Villa has a community pool just a few steps from the villa and access to the beach with free parking. The Villa has 5 Smart TV 's, and High-Speed Internet service. The kitchen is fully equipped with a large open dining/living area. Wonderful views from every room (end unit), high ceilings and spacious bedrooms. Amenities included: Internet, TV, washer/dryer, oven, microwave, wine cooler, dishwasher, Blackstone grill & ice maker. Two assigned parking spots are permitted.
This breezy second-level Villa makes for the perfect get away, relax on the porch with ocean views or enjoy the beach, play golf, tennis or pickle-ball. Spa, Restaurants and Casino are all within the gated community. El Yunque National Rain Forest is just a few miles away.
NO PETS ALLOWED, not even from visitors, please! No parties or gatherings allowed. The unit is strictly for the guests use.
Property Manager is knowledgeable about the area.

Entertainment: 5 Smart TV's
Parking: 2 assigned parking spots for guests. Golf cart in 3rd space.

Great accommodations for a group of seven adults. Four very spacious bedrooms and bathrooms. The two golf carts are a must to move around the neighborhood. Great places to eat within Rio Mar as well as short driving distance. Our vacation was more of a stay and relax, but there are also plenty of activities.

Great location and amenities!

Our stay in Puerto Rico was wonderful. The location was perfect - just a short drive to the rain forest and beautiful Luquillo Beach. The property had everything we needed, from beach chairs, towels, fishing poles and coolers to shampoo and conditioner in each bathroom, toilet paper, paper towels, coffee and basic spices. It was the perfect space for our group of 7. The restaurants on site and casino were a bonus. Cathy was a great host and we would definitely book with her again. Thank you for allowing our first time in Puerto Rico to be a great experience.

Family Magic

A balcony looking out to sea, a pool mere steps away and easy access to the beach made this a perfect trip for my family. We had lunch and frozen drinks at the beach and dinner at Roots onsite for convenience and We were very close to El Yunque and Luquillo for adventure. Cathy the owner was so gracious and Karla the property manager was helpful and always quick to respond.It is a Beautiful spacious home

The apartment was large and comfortable. There were many extras provided so we did not have to purchase extra supplies. Tons of beach chairs, toys, and beach towels. It was a nice stay for our first time in puerto rico. Couple suggestions, kitchen needs new cookware - everything stuck and the washing machine always ran hot water no matter the cycle chosen. The hosts were very responsive to questions.
