Super convenient location, bar across the street, convenience store and liquor across the street The bar “5” across the street has pool table and Jenna games, super cool. All entrances with gate security codes, common area to work and leave suitcase before and after check in/out Very close to port and old San Juan. Isla verde and condado 10 minute drive ( if that far) We had an amazing time. We travel with family

Read all before you engage in staying at Romeo: This is a conglomerate of companies. Romeo gay is one of them. The first day was great, great approach, customer service, kindness and all. I booked the hotel for 5 days for 2. The second day we asked for hot water because we wanted to shower at night, and the front desk lady was utterly rude to my friend. She neglected him and even told him "the next time he has to do that early in the morning". We didnt get hot water for 3 days. On the morning of the third day, we asked for new towels and some cleaning of the room. We were again neglected. I asked for the hot water for the third time and it was turned on. We didnt get towels until I asked again at night. The guy said: you have to ask for this in advance. On the 4th day, the room has some garbage piled up already, and we were already upset because there was nowhere to put the trash out. We requested room service and again Neglected. My friend left on the 4th day, and I left on the 5th. And man, that was the worst. I was allowed to stay in the property and use the pool and showers until I was not. I went to the beach that morning, and me being polite I asked to use the pool shower to wash myself. A few minutes later I received a text message saying: "You have 5 minutes to leave the property". I honestly couldnt believe what I read. So before you book this hotel be careful, and mindful. I was ok with they forgetting about the hot water, but then no towels, no cleaning

We really enjoyed our stay here overall. The staff was nice and the rooms were clean and comfortable. The walls are paper thin though, so God help you if the power goes out and you lose the ambient noise of the AC. Would most likely stay again.

We stayed for three days, and the first two days were excellent. The place is beautiful, cozy, and comfortable. However, on our last night the power went out around 8 PM, and when we asked at the front desk, we were initially told there was a generator available. Later, we were informed that this was a mistake and that no generator was actually on site. We understand that the power outage itself was out of their control; however, we spent the entire night in extreme heat with no updates from the staff unless we asked directly. Despite the situation, we were still charged the full amount with no consideration for the inconvenience. The property has great potential, but this experience significantly affected our stay.

I paid for a 6 day stay and arrived on a Friday. I left the property early Saturday morning and did not return until late monday morning so I was gone for TWO days even though I paid for 6 days. On Tuesday, as I was leaving for breakfast I fell on the outside corridor, which was wet from the early morning hour rain but I was STILL in the property. I immediately went to the front desk as I needed a band aid because I scraped my knee and it was bleeding but I also twisted my ankle and I asked to speak to the manager. The manager was acting like it was no big deal and suggesting since I couldn't walk to go to the mountain for sight seeing but I was unable to go anywhere as my ankle started to swell up. I asked and PLEADED with the manager to give me some type of refund as I was not going to be able to go anywhere due to the pain and swelling we went back and forth because he was not trying to give me any refund. Finally he agreed to speak to his boss and they refunded me back $76 and I was paying about $100 per day. I lost TWO days as I was scheduled to leave on Thursday. This was the WORST hotel I have ever stayed. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND AT ALL!!!

We stayed 2 nights. The first night the music at the club behind the hotel was so loud the floor was vibrating and it went on until 2am. Then at 4 am the roosters started crowing and at 6 am the motorcycle and helicopter noise started. The front desk staff said if we wanted to leave and get a refund for the second day we would have to submit a form which may or may not be approved. The water kept going from scalding hot to ice cold in the shower and the loft bed is not ideal for kids, elderly, or anyone with joint issues. Also it is very hot if you are sleeping in loft. Overall a terrible experience!
