We present our new property! Nestled in the 500-year-old historic Spanish colonial city of Old San Juan. A small house with one bedroom(Villa Manolo) is the ideal base camp for people who like to explore Old San Juan's history, restaurants, shopping, and nightlife. Has One bedroom, kitchen, spectacular private interior patio. We recommend this villa for the adventurous type of travelers who are looking to stay at a truly unique property.

You will love the combination of old-world colonial design and new-world amenities such as air conditioning throughout the villa, a new kitchen, Wi-Fi, and a flat-screen TV. The location is ideal for those looking to be close to the action in Old San Juan, located less than a block from the busy nightlife and restaurants of Calle San Sebastian and a short walk from El Morro Spanish Fort.
The villa comfortably sleeps 3 adults.

I will have as much or as little interaction as you feel comfortable with. 48 hours Prior to arrival, you'll receive a long message that includes all the important check-in instructions.

Staying in Old San Juan is a truly unique experience. The charm and character you will experience in the 500-year-old is one of a kind. From Villa San Justo you can comfortably walk to anywhere within Old San Juan. We recommend taking a cab from the airport and using Uber or a taxi while you stay at Old San Juan. This is a truly walkable location with everything you need a short walk away. Renting a car is not necessary unless you are planning on road-tripping. The villa does not include parking

There are many things to do in the surrounding areas, here are some of our favorites, all within walking distance:

Explore the El Morro Fort. There are daily tours of the fort and the large green areas have spectacular ocean views. Take a tour, have a picnic, and fly a kite. This is a must-do.
Explore the iconic Calle San Sebastian nightlife. There is a large assortment of bars on this strip which is a favorite among locals on Thursdays, Fridays, and Saturdays.
Breakfast at "Chocolate Cortez". This is a Puerto Rican landmark well known for its locally inspired chocolate breakfast and pastries.
Take a stroll around "Paseo La Princesa", a waterfront walkway where you can start off at El Morro and finish off the walk with a rum tasting at Princesa Gastrobar at the end of the trail.
Savor Stuffed Avocado. Healthy and "trendy" spot where you can create your own avocado bowl.

We recommend taking a cab from the airport and using Uber or a taxi while you stay at Old San Juan.

NO PARKING STREET FOR VISITOR ONLY FOR RESIDENCE ($250 FINE).
There are 2 parking decks on the south side of the city – on Recinto Sur. There is also a parking lot past these decks, at La Puntilla (this is very inexpensive). The parking deck on the North shore of Old San Juan is under the Ballaja building, just off Norzagaray Street.

Please remember that you're staying in a private apartment, not a hotel. Please treat the space with respect.
If any problems arise, we will do our best to take action ASAP, but there is no one living on site 24/7. There will only be a limited amount of paper goods provided, shampoo, soap, etc. Shopping is close by.
NO PARKING AVAILABLE

Old San Juan is a MUST visit

I LOVED the location and the homeliness of the house. There was a small skylight that allows natural light in in the mornings. The only bad thing is that it’s next to all the bars so there will be loud music and people urinating very close to the doorstep. Perfect place for people that will be enjoying the nightlife though. There’s a PR BUCKETLIST in the binder! Make sure to check it out! Lots of good suggestions! Make sure to check the sheets are clean when you get there. Ours smelled like they were left in the washer and not dried, but otherwise, the place was great.
