From the beginning, this was a terrible experience. There were no signs or directions to help us find the hotel, which made even arriving difficult. When we finally got there, we found that our room door didn’t lock—the lock didn’t even meet the striker plate properly. We immediately went to the front desk, and when we told them the door wouldn’t close, they offered us a door chock. When we agreed, they then said, “Well, we don’t have one on hand—we’ll have to look for one.” Eventually, we just ended up grabbing a chair to wedge under the door. They made no effort to fix the problem, no apology, and certainly no offer of a discount or room change. It felt like they didn’t care at all. We were told, “We can’t do anything,” and that was it. We felt completely helpless and unsafe. On top of that, the TV didn’t work, there was exposed plumbing in the hallway, and the entire place reeked of humidity and dirty water. This was a horrible experience—unacceptable anywhere, but especially shocking in a hotel located in such a high-traffic tourist area in the U.S. Would absolutely not recommend.

We ordered an executive suite and it was great, however there was an oder in the room that it really smelled funky. We only stayed 24 hours so we didn’t address it with the hotel, we just made the best of it!

It was a easy convenient booking the stays was good overall I liked hotel overall The room Was clean and they had washers and dryers free to I liked the fact I got to clean my clothes I would criticize the fact that their breakfast was the same every day food tasted great but it was repetitive. I did have a bad experience with the restaurant at the hotel. My waiter was the worst took our order never checked in on us again didn’t even bring out food to us. Never got refills and kept walking past us and not even making eye contact.

The room was very cold for my mother & temp was not easy to change. Bathroom small & shower sprayed water outside of curtains, could not fix. TV reception was very grainy, for the price, it should be beautiful! Breakfast was good & restaurant was great!! Overall, the room was clean & comfortable, except for the cold, for an overnight stay & convenience for flights.

Very convenient for early morning flights. Has some neat quirks like the Optimus Prime sculpture in the gym entrance. And the gym is INCREDIBLE - huge and with great machines and free weights. Restaurant is small but food was good and wait staff were very responsive and kind. Overall, a pretty neat experience for an airport hotel.
