We loved the location of the hotel, but would’ve appreciated knowing about the remodel going on outside our room. When I asked the staff about it they said “they would check to see if it was all happening” as if I wasn’t being honest and then said “well, sorry.” It was loud while we were there from the updated painting on the floor, carpet cleaning and ceiling repair.

Do not stay here! The front desk never answers, I mean ever. I had a room that was freezing and the thermostat would only keep it on cold. Every night it dropped to 60 in there. I was told that’s how all rooms are and there was nothing they could do so I just had to suffer through it. The rooms are very cramped and a lot smaller than the pictures show. The walls are paper thin, I could hear everything from the neighbors room and the people staying around me the entire 5 nights I was there were loud and slamming doors all hours of the night. The service at their restaurant is ridiculous, 1 1/2 hours waiting to get our food and there was only 2 other couples there! Also the area it’s in is really shady. Staying in this hotel totally ruined my vacation!

What I did not like about the property was, it was very dirty my room had marks on the wall marks on the doors. Curtains were disgusting with whatever it was.

The showers had mold, the rooms really dirty . Found roaches in the bathroom We book 3 rooms through expedia for the entire family . One of the barhrooms without door.
