I had a great experience at Gallery Inn. After the AC went out in the room I had originally booked, they rebooked me in a beautiful room with a terrace and hard working AC. The bed was comfortable and authentically decorated. The property is old, so you have to assume it will not be like your typically hotel, but I found it so charming and beautiful. The staff was wonderful and I loved having a bar and entertainment on site.

The Gallery Inn was amazing! The character and charm was everything we were hoping for. The staff were excellent as well. So many cool places in the hotel to check out, and of course the art! Highly recommend staying here in Old San Juan.

This property is beautiful and eclectic. So many pieces of amazing art done by the owner. The man at the desk each evening was so calming and kind and went out of his way to help us in many ways. The music played each night was lovely. It is very historic and in a great location in Old San Juan. The owner is 92 and was in the music room every night. It was so nice to see how much she enjoys her years of hard work and love. It is definitely perfect if you’re into the history and charm. We also loved all the plants and beautiful lighting and the pet birds.
