Did not like the extra fees attached at check out. Also, the room next door had domestic abuse at 2am that woke us up, which we had to get security involved the next day.

Best stay in Puerto Rico
Posted Jan. 15, 2024 on HotelsThere are very few hotels that we think are close to perfect! Royal Sonesta Puerto Rico is one of them. We were deciding between this hotel and another. So glad we chose this one for a variety of reasons: Location, beach, restaurant quality, pina coladas and service.

The cleanliness of our room is the reason we were not pleased with staying here. Our sheets had a beige stain, trail mix found on the floor, and the worst of all… nail clippings found on the bedside table. Housekeeping also came early in morning when we were still in bed which was a little bothersome. We wanted to love this place!
