No breakfast so I can’t comment on it. I booked 3 nights before my cruise. I didn’t know at this hotel, if you want your room clean, you have to submit a request. I missed the first day cleaning because I didn’t response BEFORE 12:00 pm. Then I put in a request to clean my room the second day, they gave me an 👌 sign. However, it got lost, my room didn’t get cleaned the second day! So I stayed 3 nights. No-one clean my room. I need to mention, they don’t have hot water because they use solar. So, the water is cool to shower. That was the reason rated my stay as “disappointed and frustrated “

The room was clean when I arrived. The AC worked throughout my entire stay which was great considering how hot it can get. The only things that I disliked were that they didn’t have a dresser. It was just a rack and some hangers. They also don’t have a microwave in the room. You would have to go to the check in area and heat up over there which is inconvenient.

This place was great! The rooms are modest but I think that’s reflected in the price. Only a small desk and mini fridge in the room, but I didn’t need more than that. The bed is comfortable, the balcony is a nice touch, the connected properties have lots of amenities, the area has great dining and drink options, and best of all, the location is fantastic. 30 minute walk or 5 min drive to Old San Juan, 5 minutes drive into downtown, a good beach a 5-10 minute walk away.

Good option in a nice neighborhood (close to Old San Juan, lots of very good restaurants). Just felt they were missing a few amenities, but overall good budget stay, and staff were very friendly.

Was skeptical based on reviews but I stood at the Urbana and I had a lot of hot water and the AC was great I even had to turn it off periodically from being too cold. The area does get nosey on Saturdays and Sundays. Aside from that great stay.
