When we arrived we were assigned a “premium” double queen room even though we booked a queen. That was not cool. First time using the toilet it got clogged…no we didn’t use too much toilet paper. Used the spa that was relaxing. Nothing extra special about this property. The lobby was nice and clean, as it should be. There is a lot of seating if you want to hang out there. They do offer Starbucks coffee and happened to make my go to, Carmel Macciato, but be aware they close at 10am.

Yes, everyone was very courteous in a sarcastic way. Friendly in a way when you do it because it's your job and nothing more. The rooms were nice and clean, but no one mentions that daily maid service is upon request. Aside everything was good
