PropretĂ© trĂšs trĂšs moyenne : poussiĂšre partout, salle de bain Ă  moitiĂ© nettoyĂ©e, moquette tachĂ©e, frigo trĂšs bruyant et en fin de vie, air conditionnĂ© qui ne marchait pas.... Petit dĂ©jeunĂ© inclus : thĂ©/cafĂ© et quelques pĂątisseries et c’est tout... ni lait, ni jus, ni cĂ©rĂ©ales... Heureusement les lits Ă©taient propres et assez confortables.

Room was spacious :)

We really enjoyed the hotel overall and the spacious room, unfortunately the air conditioning was broken they attempted to service it the day we were out and it was unsuccessful, and the hotel was fully booked so moving rooms wasn’t an option. The pool was dirty (the vacuum wasn’t set up to run) there was a layer of dirt on the bottom of the pool and the jacuzzi was out of service.

Great view from 3rd floor. Standard motel with basic bed, desk, TV, mini fridge, bathtub shower, etc. Got the job done and was fine. Would stay again.

Never Again!

I originally rented a family suite, I had to change rooms 4 times because of poor conditions. I found ants in one room, roaches in the other, the air conditioner was broken, the hot tub has been broken for months but is open for use, the lighting didn’t work, the water backed up, the freezer was full of ice, there was fecal matter on the toilet seat and counter top of one room, I eventually had to be downsized to a smaller room do to the conditions. Many other guests were complaining of the same thing. The man at the front desk told me that the family that owns it are greedy people that refuse to fix anything in the hotel and cuts cost by hiring less employees which is why none of the rooms were cleaned properly. I was told that because I rented through Hotels.com they had no way of refunding me anything. I spoke with the manager he told me he wasn’t sure about anything I was saying because he has pest control and regular maintenance and acted like I was lying.

Overall good experience. I’d stay here again.

Large rooms, easy parking, free coffee and muffins in the morning, reasonable rates for the weekend we stayed there. I’d stay here again.

It’s a nice spot to stay. We had a problem with our room and they were quick to switch us and resolve our problems. Only thing is the hot tub was broken and that is the only reason I booked this hotel. One of the late night staff gave my friend attitude when he asked if they possibly had paper plates but the daytime and evening staff were awesome. I didn’t catch his name but a younger gentleman with darker hair helped us a lot and is the reason why we stayed even when our room had problems.

Right off the bat the guy who checked me in was really dismissive. Seemed annoyed I was checking in and gave no details about my room location. When I got to my room it was the farthest room away in the highest floor even though the entire hotel seemed almost completely vacant. I booked cuz there was a hot rub but went to find out it isn’t working. There is coffee in the closet but no coffee maker. And there are blood-like stains on the wall.

This room was the worst room! I paid over$400 for (2) two nights!!! The microwave was very filthy , the heat lightbulb was missing in the bathroom ceiling, the airconditioner/heater knob was missing, so therefore did not work, the bathroom vent in the bathroom was full of dust, there was mold in tub/shower, a full length mirror was pulled off the bathroom door with several big globs of brown dried glue with mirrow pieces embedded in it. Three knobs missing on all 3 drawers and on one on the closet door. The bed was not made right and mattress pad was missing the bands that tucked under the mattress, so it buched up and made the bed lumpy. They did not have proper size pillows they only had 3 small square pillows fir the queen bed. The carpet was stained. There were two of us and there was only 1 wash cloth. Te walls were dirty and the paint was chipped in many places. They were in the process of paving the parking lot and upon asking they were refurburshing the rooms. I think they gave us a room they were prepping for redoing!!!

pool & jacuzzi were not cleaned and jacuzzi was not working. So if your wanting that, dont book this place its gross and jacuzzi doesnt turn on and employees dont know how to work it. The free breakfast is a joke, the coffee machines in both rooms we were put in were disgusting. Do not use.The first room we stayed in was 3301 in the building behind across the street. we did check out room when we got there, Due to bad reviews & we saw that 2 of the lamps in the room didnt have any light bulbs and they didn't work once we put one in.The wall in the hallway & bathroom had boogers and blood smeared from a kids height it appeared, so clearly the maids were not cleaning the rooms very well. The tissue box appeared like they stuffed used tissues that were taken out, back into the box. So that went right in the trash. The carpet looked dirty and comforters on bed were questionable. I took photos of everything, at night we went to shower after kids were asleep and realized the bathroom had mold covering 75% of the ceiling, which we didnt see earlier but was to late to switch so we stayed in the room and shut the bathroom door for safety so our kids werent as exposed to the mold. Next morning we asked to switch & complained about it and the desk manager asked us to come back after 930am to tell the main manager so he had to deal with it, then by that night they had put another family in the 3301 room, whilewe were in 3304. Smh Dnt reccomend save ur time & book elsewhere! Refund please
Mold on ceiling tiles above bath, not clean
Mold on bathroom ceiling all around took several photos of this and clearly they knew there was a problem and still put ppl in the room. Health hazard and illegal, this place shld be shut down!
They wiped the mold and put a new family with 3 children after us, but I know mold spreads through the carpet and everything once it is established and it looked like mold had been there a while in the paint on ceiling and walls and tile in bathroom.
Windows opened, thank goodness to air out the moldy room it had a musty old smell in whole room.

NOT GREAT BUT AFFORDABLE

In check in Hotel staff was dismissive and not friendly at all. When I walked up he was in the middle of something so I was polite and waited. Then he acknowledged me and said I will be right with you. I said no problem. then when he was finished he just said license and credit card. Asked for a signature handed room keys and said room is around the corner. No how may I help you, Have a nice stay, nothing. Hotel is nothing special. Price is good. There were rust stains all over bathtub. There was no soap in the bathroom, there was no coffee pot in the room, but there was coffee and cups. Went and asked for some soap, coffee pot, and more towels. This clerk was friendly and apologized and said he would take care of it. I said I was leaving and would be back that I didn't want service in the room and I would pick up when I came back. When I came back I told now the 3rd clerk that I was there to pick up things he looked at me said I wasn't told anything about it that was it. Didn't offer to get them or help in any manor. Went to room and while getting into bed noticed blood stain on back side of comforter. Disgusting! Checked out next morning told the original rude clerk about it said no big deal staff will take care of it. I said no the stain is not from me it was there so clearly it wasn't take care of. I informed him there was no coffee pot in the room, but there was coffee to make sure I wasn't charge for the pot missing.They charge you $150 upfront incidentals.

Will never stay there again.

Only giving this a 1 star because I can’t give 0! My family and I decided on a last minute beach trip, I found this hotel for just under $200, the pictures looked decent so we figured we’d just stay the night. We don’t usually spend much time in the room, besides sleeping. It’s an older, run down hotel so we weren’t expecting much, but it was DISGUSTING. We walked into the room and were immediately hit with a stench. The floors were stained, our bed had not been made. There was trash in the trash cans, cups full of liquid on the nightstands. The air conditioner didn’t work, the tv wouldn’t turn on. I called hotels.com to request a refund so that we could go stay somewhere else, but the manager wasn’t going to be in until the morning and did not care to make things right. The front desk attendant said he could give us a different room, fine. We walked in, it was a bigger room, and a little bit cleaner but not by much. The air conditioning still did not work, so the room was hot and stuffy, the tv wouldn’t not turn on, the shower drain was clogged and there was mold and rust in the shower. We wanted to at least get in the hot tub but the water was green. The floors were cover in stains, we found a tongue ring and TOE NAIL clippings on the ground by our bed, food on the floor the furniture was broken, the railing on our balcony had missing screws and was barley hanging on, being on the third floor with my toddler was horrible. I expect a refund based on this ridiculous place.

We got to our room and there was no shower curtain the lights didn’t work and the tv didn’t work my husband went down to the office to get a room change and there was nowhere there he tried 3 different time after a little over an hour the man was back in the office and gave us another room and the room was filthy never touched from a housekeeper so we had to go back to the office to get a third room and finally it was ecceptable but the other tv didn’t work in there either

Jacuzzi, ice machine, clogged sink. No mention that amenities were not going to be availible. Will not stay there again
