I didn’t take note of names but the gentleman at the bar and the gentleman driving the shuttle bus were very friendly and obliging. Quick check-in, ample parking. We slept in and missed breakfast - a downside to a comfortable and restful room! The room was clean, spacious and beautifully decorated. I appreciated the toilet being separate from the shower and bath. The elevator broke down but was quickly fixed.

I booked through Expedia and they were trying to charge me extra for booking off Expedia. (This was the exact reason given to me). I resolved it with them but took many hours. Externally uncool to have spend my vacation time on this. I liked the hotel and stayed here a few times. Probably will never stay here again.

We liked the proximity to downtown and freeway. The daily Happy Hour with free drinks and appetizers was a nice addition. The complimentary shuttle service to nearby locations was a nice amenity although we didn't take advantage of it since you needed to reserve ahead of time and know the time of return. The only negative is the bed was very soft.

This was such a delightful place to stay for our vacation. The rooms were big, clean and comfortable. The staff was knowledgeable, friendly and always eager to help with local recommendations. Breakfast and bar at the property were great with free HH drinks during our stay. Highly recommend for families!

When I come to Paso, I love to stay at the Oxford Suites. It is so comfortable and clean and every one is so nice. They have a lovely lobby with food and drinks with a pool and a hot tub. I love the room I stay in because it is so spacious and clean and it has a beautiful bathroom with an amazing bath tub. I highly recommend staying here at the Oxford Suites.

The property is well kept and the customer service was excellent. If there is any negative is that housekeeping did not check the shelf above the coffee area. I found a bag of trash, including a pizza box left behind from the prior occupants. And also, you may look into adding another elevator, one is not enough, sometimes there are long waits.
