When we arrived to the Beachwalker Inn, the weather was unusually HOT temps. The AC unfortunately wasn’t turning on. The front desk quickly switched our rooms without hesitation. The check-in was an easy process and the rooms are so clean. We had zero issues. The staff seemed to be really keeping the place nice and upgraded as we were there. Close to the beach and walking distance to restaurants and coffee. Friendly people. Highly recommended and I would return again if I go to pismo.

The whole time we were there, we had no sink in the room. We had to wash your hands in the bathtub brush her teeth in the bathtub wash your face in the bathtub and Jacob. The manager was so nonchalant about it. He put vinegar and baking soda down it, but it didn’t work. We paid $1400 for two rooms and they did absolutely nothing about that sink. I cannot in good conscience. Recommend this Motel..

Room is comfy and cozy, no issues with cleanliness. It’s a bit hard to park but have stayed here multiple times with minimal complaints! Perfect walking distance to Pismo’s center and the wharf.

Great location. We were able to walk everywhere we needed. Clean rooms. It was a little musty in the room. But it was a perfect spot to sleep. Parking was a little difficult with the spots being a little small. But again we didn’t have to deal with that much because we walked most the time. I would stay here again

We had a very enjoyable and comfortable stay at Pismo Beachwalker Inn & Suites. The rooms are spacious, practical, and well-equipped, making it easy to feel comfortable right away. The location is a big plus just a short 5-minute walk to the beach and to downtown Pismo Beach, with plenty of restaurants, shops, and things to do nearby. Our room included a comfortable bed, TV, microwave, air conditioning, and a mini fridge, which was very convenient. Free on site parking is available for guests, and the overall setup is simple and functional. The staff was friendly and helpful, and check-in was quick and smooth. There is no breakfast on site, but that actually turned out to be a great opportunity to walk over to Surfside Donuts & Coffee, which is close by and makes for an easy and tasty morning stop. The hotel also has an outdoor pool available for guests, which is a nice bonus, especially in warmer weather. Overall, this is a great value stay in Pismo Beach comfortable rooms, an excellent location, and a relaxed atmosphere. We would definitely stay here again and recommend it to anyone looking for a convenient and pleasant place near the beach and downtown.

The ac didn’t work, there was absolutely no water pressure, the bed was extremely uncomfortable and house keeping didn’t come the second day even after requesting them. Very unpleasant experience!
