Orchard House - Country setting for a get away gathering!

A perfect place to gather with friends and family! Newly remodeled ranch house with the serenity and seclusion of the country, yet only 10 minutes from Paso Robles. Located in the heart of Paso`s wine country, close to many tasting rooms. The main house and cottage rent together with 4 bedrooms in the main house and 2 bedrooms in the cottage. A total of 6 bedrooms with king beds, 6 bathrooms sleeps 12. All Bedrooms have ensuite bathrooms except one. Swimming pool that can be heated for a fee.

Rural setting in the middle of a pistachio orchard. Country seclusion yet only 8 miles from Paso Robles.

We stayed at this beautiful home in Paso Robles over the weekend and absolutely loved it! The house was spotless—everything was pristine and so well cared for. The beds were incredibly comfortable, and the towels were soft and luxurious (such a treat!).The home had everything we needed for a relaxing getaway, and you can tell the owners put thoughtful care into every detail. We would gladly stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a peaceful, comfortable stay in Paso.

The Orchard House exceeded our expectations. It’s even better in person, than the pictures. The house sits up on a hill above the orchard and has a fantastic view to enjoy. The house is so roomy with a lot of bedrooms and bathrooms which makes it easy for everybody to get ready at the same time. The owners were wonderful too making sure the directions were easy as well. Fantastic house to stay at. Highly recommend it.

If we could give the Orchard House 10 stars, we would. It is just perfect in every way. We VRBO a house every summer, have been doing this for over 10 years, and this property outshines them all. Gorgeous inside and out. Peaceful and relaxing. We can't say enough good things about it!

Every bedroom and bathroom were well appointed. There is sufficient table space and comfortable seating for 12. It’s great for inside and outside. We just needed more time to enjoy it all.

Relaxed vacation at Orchard House

We had an absolutely amazing stay at this property! It was perfect for our group of 12 adults, with plenty of space to relax and enjoy each other's company. The heated pool was a definite highlight, and we appreciated having a wide variety of board games and TVs to keep everyone entertained during downtime.The early check-in and late checkout options were a huge plus, making our trip even more stress-free. The property manager was incredibly flexible and always available to assist with any questions or needs, which added a personal touch to our stay.The kitchen was well-equipped with culinary supplies, making it easy to prepare meals for our large group. Everything was thoughtfully arranged to ensure comfort and convenience.This property truly exceeded our expectations, and we wouldn’t hesitate to recommend it to anyone looking for a spacious, well-appointed vacation rental. We’re already looking forward to coming back!

Guys weekend

Check in was simple, we were given some leeway with that. The house is as advertised. Plenty of assorted pots, pans, and accessories, even for the”Chef” in the group. The pool was outstanding, as we had many days in the triple digits! Owners were responsive and a pleasure to work with. I highly recommend this house!

Better than expected

Used this place as a little get away with a group of girls and it was better than expected. The view is amazing as we used it everyday for photo shoots before going out to the wineries and enjoyed the pool and all the games provided. The beds were also so comfortable and felt so clean. Samantha was always available when needed and did everything she could to help make everything go by super smooth. Will definitely try to come back to this property!

Friends get together

Fantastic stay at the Orchard House! Exactly as the pictures show, and if you visit even in April, pay the extra to heat the pool! We had a blast in it and got to 85 degrees after we decided to have them turn on - in record time! House had everything you'd need in the kitchen, and excellent guest house/casita was perfect. Thank you Sam for your swift and timely responses to a few of our questions. Excellent stay, we will be back! Check out Aleksander Winery (Alex with Grand Cru Limo set us up) and tour and tasting was amazing. Thanks again Sam, perfect weekend.

Great big house with good views

This house was exactly as it was described. It was large, clean and well furnished. The larger house has 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms and a very large living room, kitchen and dining room. The smaller cottage had 2 smaller bedrooms each with an attached bath. The furniture and decor were very good. The beds were very comfortable and the house was very quiet. The views are excellent and the property is very private. The kitchen was well equipped. It is just 2 miles off the 101 and 8 miles north of Paso robles. There are many wineries within a short drive. There is not much to do in San Miguel as it is a small farming town. The out door space is also quite big with lots of seating and a very large fire pit, which we made use of every evening. We didn't use the pool as it was winter, but it would be very useful in summer.

Perfect getaway

We loved this place. It has everything you need for a large party. We were 12 people (4 couples and 4 singles), so we all had our own rooms and bathrooms. We could have our own privacy and still hang out family style because of the huge family room and kitchen, and dining area. We had a great time! Samantha was super communicative even before we got there and gave us all the necessary and pertinent information. The pool and fire pit were a great additional feature. It was such a beautiful pool overlooking the gardens. The property itself is in the middle of an orchard. We will definitely come back here!

Girls trip

We had a wonderful time staying at this property, the pictures don’t even do it justice. Everyone was comfortable with each room having a king bed and it’s own bathroom. Sleeps 12 comfortably. Every area of the house accommodates 12 comfortably. Private with a remote feel; panoramic views of open space and vineyards. A wonderful variety of fun games, and floaties for the pool. We were in heaven. Thank you Sam!

There are 12 of us on this trip. We had a fabulous time. The house was clean, and stocked with everything that we needed. It’s very spacious, and everyone have their own bedroom and own bathroom. Thank you very much. It was amazing and we will definitely be back.

The Orchard house is a fine pick!!

The house was set up so well in all regards.....toys/dishes/bedding/seating ....there was nothing else we needed....the owner thought of it all! We were here for a wedding and it was a perfect retreat in between all the activities and met all our needs as two families with 5 mature children....everyone was comfortable and had their own king and bathroom....that's rare...highly recommend!!

A great place to stay in Paso...

The property was great and gave all of us (a party of 10 with 6 rooms needed) plenty of space to enjoy the trip. Sam, the property owner, was great. She responded immediately to any questions we had and gave fantastic recommendations. While the house had an overabundance of signs with the rules of the house everywhere you looked ($50 fee if dishwasher not emptied and all dishes put back upon departure, etc), I suppose that is needed for such a nice property. I would stay there again with pleasure.

Beautiful Property!

This house was absolutely amazing. Super comfortable for our group of nine ladies, with each bedroom having a king bed and five out of six rooms with en suite bathrooms. Wish it was mine!

Maria M. says it best in her review, "Stop reading and book this amazing property!" We had 10 adults and could have easily fit more. Plenty of space so you don't feel like you're living on top of each other and enough seating for 12 in any community area you want to gather. We loved having our own bathrooms/showers and really enjoyed being able to sit together at one table to share our meals! It's far enough away from the tourist centers to disconnect, yet close enough to easily partake in all the area has to offer. Sam, the host, was accommodating and quick to respond to any questions. Our only complaint is, we don't own it!

Amazing property

This property is perfect for large group of friends or family. 5 out of 6 bedrooms has its own bath. The pool is clean and well maintain, perfect for hot summer day. The host, Sam, is great. This place is a bit difficult to find on google map but she provided detail direction from where lever you are coming from. I would stay here again if I have the chance.
