Great hotel…but not so great service! We were there for 7 days/6nights. The hotel is gorgeous and super private but be aware is it located in a very remote area away from everything, which was fine with us. The food is delicious across the board. The staff is fine but not comparable to other Secrets staff (ex Cap Cana in the DR). Now, our biggest issue and disappointment with the Aruba Secrets was the service around the pool area, it is simply terrible! Service is practically non existing in the pool area which is a shame since guests spend most of their time around the pool. Shame shame shame! Also, please do not buy the Flamingo Island tour, it is totally not worth the high price. We purchased the premium experience and it was really bad; practically lost an entire day 😳
