BRAND NEW LISTING with access to our very own PoolClub within our gated community. 4 bedroom including the Casita. Each Bedroom has its own Bathroom and shower! With a total of 4.5 bathrooms, the house is equipped for the entire family! Each bedroom also has it`s own little kitchenette. Tiled floors throughout. Fully stocked chef's kitchen. Outside private Pool and sitting area.

There are developments within the community, we have lowered rates due to this.

Guests do not have access to the Hilton's Resort private beach club, gym nor the pool. However, we have our very own POOLCLUB with a restaurant and bar. You simply show our key chain, and you will get an exclusive 10% discount. Ambergris Caye may have power outages during busy times. They're short but may happen during your stay. Thanks for understanding!
