Indoor Areas
The central open plan Kitchen/Dining room opens to the Living Room (with a 50" smart TV plus a selection of local and childrenâs books, card games & activities) provides space to relax in privacy and enjoy the delightful water views. The Bedroom (with BIR and small wall mounted TV) is accessed off the central Living Room, as is the Bathroom (with shower and toilet). The home also features a fully equipped European Laundry, (with front loading combined washer/dryer) also pool noodles, beach toys and first aid supplies.
Outdoor Areas
The large west-facing covered front balcony (with seating for 4 people) provides delightful sunset views, while the smaller east-facing Balcony (with electric BBQ, seating for 2 and a Hookey Board) is a second space to relax. There is one reserved numbered car space, plus additional visitor parking within the resort.
Resort Facilities
The resort has many fantastic shared facilities; heated indoor lap pool, spa and steam room, solar heated outdoor pool, gym, 2 lit tennis courts, basketball court, children's playground, jumping pillows, bocce court, village green, EV charging station, restaurant and lounge and an arcade/games room.
Kitchen
The fully appointed kitchen is equipped with cooking utensils, crockery, cutlery, microwave, DeâLonghi pod coffee machine, toaster, kettle, sandwich press, etc. plus a fridge, dishwasher, electric oven and cook top.
Heating/Cooling Systems
The home is serviced by a ducted reverse cycle air conditioner that cools and heats the entire home. There is also a mobile fan that can be used where required.

This home has 1 bed, and 1 sofa bed, accommodating up to 4 guests:
Bedroom 1: One Queen bed There is also a Double sofa bed in the Living Room suitable for 1 adult or 2 children.
Linen
Linen is included for all bookings. This includes doonas (quilts) with covers, sheets, pillows with covers, tea towels, hand towels, bath and pool towels & bath mats.
Peak Periods
Please note that during the peak summer period and other peak times, check in times are set as 3pm unless by prior arrangement. Please also note during peak times with limited time between bookings, linen may be left out with beds not made up.
Functions, Celebrations and Schoolies
Please note that the apartment is not suitable for celebrations, parties, or large events. The apartment also does not take bookings over Schoolies, irrespective of whether school-leavers are part of the official Schoolies Program. All bookings are subject to approval, pending Guest verification process. Local Bass Coast Council âShort Stay Rental Accommodation Code of Conductâ restrictions are in place for this property, and compliance is mandatory. Please be respectful of all Silverwater guests and neighbouring apartments.
Very well appointed apartment. Pool toys and colouring books for our kids, lovely linen and everything you could need in the kitchen! Wish we had stayed a whole week!
