New apartment (2021) fully equipped, very bright spaces, located on the ground floor bordering the magnificent San Roque golf course and with sea view.
The lounge (with TV and WiFi), the dining room and the fitted kitchen (with fridge, freezer, microwave and dishwasher).
Moreover, a superb terrace with all the furniture to enjoy the outdoors, next to a beautiful swimming pool. Very quiet location opposite the apartment.
There are 2 bedrooms,
The main suite (2 bedrooms and a large bathroom.
1 bedroom with 2 separate single beds and 1 bathroom.
There is also a utility room with a washing machine tumble dryer, iron, ironing board and all sorts of accessories.
Underground parking for 1 car
And a space for two bicycles.
The property is ideally located, of course on the magnificent San Roque golf course and near numerous other accommodations. 5 minutes from SOTOGRANDE (which looks like Beverly Hills) 8 minutes from the beautiful port of DUQUESA and several BEACH BARS (TROCADERO recommended).
And 30 minutes from PUERTO BANUS near several shopping centres and about 1 hour from Malaga airport.
The key handover takes place in our agency, located at the port of La Duquesa in Manilva.
A deposit is required for this apartment. The amount is indicated before validation of the booking and payment.
This is our second time staying here and itâs a lovely apartment , itâs always very clean with everything you need to be a home away from home , the grounds are kept nice the pool is lovely , san roque golf club is a bonus for food / drink , there is some nice walks around the estate
If it would not have been for some enjoyable encounters with old friends our vacation in the below mentioned apartment could only be labeled âdisastrousâ.
One could easily forgive the absence of any standard courtesy (think lack of only an evening worth of drinking water supply) or smelly dishwasher / washing machine despite the hefty price tag. But nothing prepared us for the hotbed of street cats and dogs freely strolling through the inside (!) of the apartment complex, leaving a blend of mixed feelings and defecations behind.
The smell in the hallway has made it impossible for us to host guests and has put our tolerance to the test. People with pet allergies cannot feel welcome in such surroundings. It goes without saying that this olfactory and visual impertinence has not been removed for three days straight.
Consequently, I do not see any foundation for (an upfront charged) cleaning fee, would furthermore ask for its reimbursement as well as an appropriate reduction of the overall fee to turn time spent in this apartment into a somewhat agreeable memory.
