I really enjoyed the safety and customer service offered at Boca Olas. The grounds are very beautiful and make the stay very worth it. We enjoyed spending time at the pool and the breakfast restaurant area with views of the bay. The location is perfect and walking distance to any main attraction. I would definitely recommend to anyone who would like to enjoy a comfortable stay.

Clean room, the staff was attentive and professional. The food is always something I look forward to. Second time staying there and I look forward to the next time we are in town. Also, a short 5-10 mins walk to El Tunco. A gym close by, 24 hr security and close to everything.

The stay at Boca olas was ok. Issues: when hotel cleaned room they used wax to clean tile. Myself almost slipped badly and when I had my 16 month old walking in the room slipped when crawling causing injury. We had to call the room service in again to remove the wax from the floor to be able to walk on the floor. When we came back to the room with our beds being made we noticed they did not replace the sheets and simply remade the bed with existing sheets. With the amount of money being paid the sheets should be removed everyday for new ones. Noticed that beds still had sand after they were just cleaned, we had to shake our sheets and make beds ourselves in order to remove sand. Beautiful location and pristine upkeep on property grounds. Pools are very clean and swim up bar is a must. Other issues should be addressed due to the cost of the stay
